Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, filter coffee, toaster, etc. A parking space is right by the house. Linens & towels included. SONOS, cable TV, DVD player, WiFi. A newly developed 14 m" large construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and one seating inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are located in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally, as well as a folding bike :)

With 80 square meters of living space, you have plenty of space for up to 4 people. The apartment is equipped with everything your heart desires. Another highlight is the large, sunny balcony.

The Kavalierhaus is located opposite the stables and has a large garden with pavilion, surrounded by rhododendrons. The building has recently been lovingly restored. On the first floor is a spacious dining room, the kitchen with separate pantry, a study, a large living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms, each with a shower room en-suite, a guest toilet and the utility room. Upstairs are 7 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, as well as 4 bathrooms.

Staying at a private lake incl. jetty

In this apartment, you can start your vacation with a relaxed lake view from day one. For excursions into nature, you can ride your bike from the front door. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or go paddling with the SUP or paddle boat you brought with you. Our private lake has no "paddleable" connection to other lakes. On the TV, you can log in with your own Netflix & Co. account. You can reach Timmendorfer Strand in 30 minutes.

The accommodation is located near the Baltic Sea directly on the Kellersee, only 50 meters to jump into it. Eutin is a picturesque small town in eastern Holstein Switzerland. Leisure activities such as cycling, walking, canoeing, boat trips on the "Luise," and much more are a real treat. You'll love my place because of the peace, the light and the surroundings. My place is suitable for couples and solo connoisseurs who appreciate a beautiful view.
