We absolutely loved our stay at this little apartment by the beach! The views were absolutely amazing, and there were beautiful beaches just a short walk away. We brought our Golden Retriever, Sonny, and it was so easy to get to a great dog beach nearby—which he loved! Bronwyn was such a friendly and welcoming host. She had lots of helpful suggestions for places to visit and eat, and Sonny absolutely adored her too. The accommodation was lovely—comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect weekend getaway, and we can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic stay, great location, exactly as described, beds comfortable, everything we needed. Easy access to shops,cafe and beach. Short drive to mtb trails, zoo, Batemans bay. Best stay we have had!

This apartment was truly awesome! Whether having a drink at the back deck or lying in bed all you see are stunning views of the beach and bay . The apartment was well located and very clean and Bronwyn couldn’t do enough for us.

The perfect beach escape! A wonderfully comfortable, gorgeous townhouse with plenty of natural light, fresh air, loads of space to spread out, laze, read and simply listen to the sound of waves crashing nearby. It's a lovely, short 1 min walk to the beach, through a bush track which takes you straight out to the magnificent long stretch of Broulee beach. The townhouse is simple and unfussy, but tastefully creative and arty. (You won't find any Ikea poster prints here!) The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing, kick back summer holiday. Only 1 bathroom and toilet - perfect for a couple, perhaps with a couple of little ones.

Great place to stay as a small family. It had everything we needed, lots of space for the kids to play. Beach is super close, checkin and finding the place was super easy. Will be considering staying here again. Thank you!

Rosemary’s place was well-located, right on the beach. We woke up to beautiful views each morning! She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out times which made for an even more relaxing stay. The laundry came in handy after a day at the beach, and our dog absolutely enjoyed her stay too. While linen is provided at an extra fee, the provided pillows and bed were comfortable. We have enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in future.

We were mountain biking in Mogo for the weekend and needed a local, comfy place to rest for the night. Kris's place was perfect - homely, easy to find and perfectly located near the beach and local shops. Kris was very welcoming and made sure we felt right at home. hHighly recommend.

Nice place and surrounds, easy access to the beach. Only down things was dusty like never pass a vacuum and hair in every kitchen draw.

We stayed here for the second time and as per usual it was a fantastic stay. Julie is very easy to get a hold of an her place was exactly as described. The location and amenities were excellent. Would definitely recommend others to stay here in the future!

We had a 4 night stay with my two children (5 & 8yrs) and my parents in law. The townhouse was perfect for a family, it had everything you could need and more. Close to Club Malua, however far enough that we weren't disturbed by any noise, even on nights they were really busy. The nearby beach was great for my two who love waves, but calmer beaches are also a short drive for those with younger kids. The bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen were very clean. My kids absolutely loved the box of toys in the kids room, and I loved the coffee machine in the kitchen even more! Vesna was a fantastic host, all the information we could need was available to us both inside the house, on the listing and in her communication with us. Would recommend to anyone, especially families!

We were down in Batemans Bay for a swimming carnival. Brendan’s place was absolutely perfect. He was very responsive, the place was immaculate. We will definitely be staying there again. Everything was in walking distance. Could not have asked for a more perfect place.

What a great place to stay! Brownyn is a super host! We highly recommend this place to others. Bron reached out to us a few days before our arrival for the breakfast option, she was so thoughtful brought everything our kids like in advance. The location is so close to the beach and great for watching sunrise from bed or the garden outside. We had a wonderful time staying here for our Easter break. Would definitely come back for another holiday!

We had the most amazing stay. The house exceeded our expectations in every way! It was extremely clean, modern, so much storage and very well thought out and practical living spaces. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

Wonderful location, well equipped and very a helpful host. Great to have undercover parking for 2 cars. We will be back.
