This place was great. We needed a place with a backyard and that allowed pets and we could have asked for a better fit. Our dogs loved it and Rebecca was very accommodating with our schedule. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to a lot of stores we needed to go to during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Enjoyed every minute of our stay. House was clean, cozy and exactly as described. Amy and her family were wonderful to communicate with. Went above and beyond to make us feel at home!

This house is such a cute find. Old homes have tons of character and charm and this one definitely fits that bill. It’s in a great location to restaurants and cute shopping downtown. Carly was very accommodating and responsive to any questions or concerns. We’ll definitely be staying here again next time we’re in the area!

We loved our stay. The place was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was easy to find and checking in was simple. All the appliances were very new looking and well maintained. The furniture was clean and comfortable. There were even some treats waiting for us when we got there! Would recommend!

The owners’ care for providing an exceptional guest experience is evident in every aspect of the property. We love the Jefferson Gem! This is our second stay there, and we will definitely return. Accommodations are lovely, well furnished, clean, just as described. We were able to cook a nice family meal, have pizza delivered, drink coffee on the back porch, play family games, watch a movie, celebrate a birthday. It's a great central location, easy to get to downtown, shopping, restaurants, and our daughter's residence. Neighborhood is quiet, good place to walk, take the dog out for a stroll, look at home architecture. Amanda is a great host, very friendly, responsive, easy to work with. Upstairs apartment resident was polite and friendly as well.

Kati’s place was wonderful and just wanted we needed for our weekend in Peoria. We were in town for a wedding and her place had ample kitchen and living space to suit our needs. The set up was laid out perfectly for our group of 4 that was coming and going at different times. Having two entrances and bedrooms/bathrooms on opposite sides of the apartment made for a quiet and peaceful stay. We were welcomed with baking from a nearby bakery which was a lovely touch. Kati’s place provided easy access for us to get in and out of the city and was near lots of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area!
