Ms. Seda was also very helpful during our stay in the apartment and at the checkout time. The apartment was clean, tidy and complete just like in the photos. She was very quick to help us when we had questions. The gentleman at the front desk was also friendly and quick to help when we needed it. Me and my family are very satisfied. The location of the building is very good in terms of proximity to the shopping mall and transportation facilities. The locals are also very helpful and friendly. I had to stay in Ankara for a night, I found this place if it was difficult on the site. All of the listings that are usually used in an apartment style, people don't feel at home in any way. Accommodation is located in a good area, nearby there are local attractions worth visiting. The apartment was perfect for us to visit local attractions and have a good rest before the trip. The landlady received us cordially, also she adapted to our time of arrival after we chang it. It was nice to stay at this place.

The location, parking advantage, the room was good, there was no shortage of water in the refrigerator and the lack of towels (head-face towels) and the malfunction in the shower head hanging apparatus.

Everything was as describe and seen in the pictures. The hosts were responsive to messages on the Airbnb app and even provided contact info which made communication easier. We were missing a couple of supplies that were listed in the amenities, and I messaged them and they dropped it off the same day. The neighborhood and the building was fairly quiet. One down side is that there is no elevator in the building, which is mentioned in the listing, so if you have heavy luggages or someone with difficulty going up/down the stairs, this might not be the best fit. Second, if you have a car, I had rental, parking is a bit scares since you have to park on the street and it is first come first served. I was able to find parking everyday for the 14 days that we stayed but it wasn’t always right in front of the building. Finally, there is sewer smell in the bathrooms but it might not be specific to this building as we noticed in the area restaurants also. But this wasn’t pleasan

First of all, the location of the villa was very central, it was a very calm and peaceful neighborhood. The house was no different from the photos, especially the bathroom and beds were very clean, so we had a very comfortable stay. Also, all the items we needed were available at home. Our host also answered our questions very quickly and guided us correctly. In summary, we had a much more comfortable and relaxing 3 nights than we expected, it can be a much more economical and advantageous option, especially for crowded groups.

Superb location across from my favorite restaurant. Fairly easy to find parking. Easy walk to groceries pharmacy and restaurants. Very spacious and comfy accommodation. I found my go to place in Ankara.
