I had a wonderful stay at Erwan's place on Île aux Moines, the view from the apartment is amazing, the large living room is extremely nice and comfortable. Erwan is very responsive and accessible. He was very accommodating for check-in.

We were received in a very friendly manner. We were very happy about the welcome gift. The house is a pretty little stone house, as is typical with a sweet garden. We didn't use the barbecue area. The operation was described to us in great detail. Thanks for the nice week.

Very nicely renovated authentic house with zen materials and very comfortable. Good beds and functional bathrooms. Nice garden. However, it is atypical that the living room is on the first floor and is therefore somewhat separate from the view of the garden in terms of experience. Nice and cozy accommodation where we spent two pleasant days. The terrace is not adjoining the accommodation, which is not well understood with the photos. The staircase to access the sleeping floors is narrow and not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. It is a home for 6 and there are only 3 seats and 1 pouf in the living room, which seemed insufficient to us. The accommodation is very clean and the amenities are quality; apart from the 3 details mentioned, it met our expectations.

We had a great time at the Manoir de Toulvern farm. The house, beautifully renovated, is very comfortable in a beautiful and very quiet place. The place is ideal for enjoying the Gulf of Morbihan. We had a very friendly and attentive welcome from our hosts who gave us clear instructions. Everything was perfect and we highly recommend this property!

The accommodation is very well renovated, tastefully decorated and offers all the comforts you need. The view of the port is beautiful, a real plus to fully enjoy the stay. The garage is also very nice. Only small downside: the apartment is located just above a bar, which can cause noise in the evening, especially on weekends. This can be a nuisance for people looking for peace and quiet.

We had a pleasant stay, whether for the most pleasant accommodation or for walks between the wild coast and the bay of quiberon. I haven't forgotten the superb waterfront view which alone deserves all the stars.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The apartment is right in the old town, so you can do everything on foot. You can park the car for free a little further away. We would book the apartment again. On Wednesday and Saturday, there is a very nice market outside the door.

We gathered our friends to celebrate my 40th birthday. The first thing everyone said was "wow". The house is tastefully decorated with quality materials and furniture, each room is an invitation to relax. We didn't have the opportunity to meet Carole but she gave us all the information we needed and was available to us in case we needed anything. And what about the view?! You have to experience it! We highly recommend this house and will definitely return!

Everything was perfect, a clean accommodation where nothing is missing, with neat decor. We immediately feel at ease. Xavier de Groom was also perfect, very friendly, responsive and accommodating. To top it all off, the landscapes and beaches are beautiful. An excellent weekend, we will come back and will not hesitate to call on Groom.

Great family weekend (4 teenagers and 2 kids and 7 adults) everything was as advertised by the owner! Comfortable villa for 13 people. Activities on site for everyone and very pleasant. Comfort 5 bedrooms, large living room. Easy and responsive contact with the owner. Lots of info about outings around but in 2 days we mostly enjoyed it on site!

Michel's villa was as advertised, clean with large spaces, perfect heated pool, we were very well looked after and will have fond memories of our stay.
