Bright duplex, with reserved parking space, located 1 minute from the beach (100 m), 2 steps from the nautical base and its activities. You will be quietly settled in, on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator) of a secure building with a nice view of the dunes. All comforts are ensured thanks to quality bedding (1 bed 160 × 200 in bedroom and 1 bed 90 × 200 on mezzanine), an equipped kitchen, TV and Wi-Fi. Your beds will be made on arrival + towels. Welcome to our fisherman's gift. The city center of Etaples-sur-Mer and its small marina are nearby, you can do your market on foot or by bike. The bike path at the foot of the house will take you to the beaches of Le Touquet (5 km) or Saint Cécile(8 km). Bike rental 200 m away, allowing you to have breakfast or aperitif. Free parking on the street or on the port (road to cross) I rent bed linen at €10 and towels at €10.
