Nice 2 bedrooms appartment in my house basement, fully furnished, view on the lake, independent house entry for your privacy, you directly have access on ground, to the lake and terrace, you also have a place to make an exterior campfire, a small beach and access to the docks. TV cable, wi-fi internet, coffee, bedding, BBQ and all kitchen and bathroom necessities. You also have access to some crafts, lifevests and paddles.

This was a great area to decompress. Quiet and refreshing. Stunning back area with a private lake and great hike/walk with the dog. So busy enjoying ourselves and the solitude, we forgot to take pics! House was as described and had all we needed. Knowlton is close by very lovely with nice shops. Brome etc close by as well. Lots to do if you are active indv. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful weekend with our 2 teenagers and their friends. The master bedroom was very useful for installing the double bed, stored in the closet, although difficult to get out. The pool table, board games and video games kept us busy because the strong winds and blizzard were present throughout the weekend. A slight smell of dampness in the basement was quickly replaced by the smell of the wood-burning stove. Fortunately, the snow plow passed by on Sunday morning, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to get out of the yard as the wind had moved the snow so much. Perhaps provide an abrasive bin because the yard was icy. Thank you Bruno for your quick feedback, it was greatly appreciated as a service. We would definitely like to go back during the summer.

This cozy cottage is ultra-welcoming, we had a great week by Lake Magog! We slept so well in these soft beds (you can see the attention paid to the comfort of the occupants of the premises!) and had a great time with family. The cottage is very well equipped and the essentials provided are very comfortable!! Magog, Orford and Sherbrooke are minutes from the chalet for walks with friends and family. Don't be surprised by the nearby neighborhood: they are all friendly and the place is very quiet and soothing… We would come back in summer to enjoy the lake more, which is beautiful!
