Quiet stay on 76 acres land with pool!

Please read complete description before you book. A short 1 hr. car ride from Mtl will bring you to the picturesque Eastern Townships. This beautiful little century home is located on 76 acres with a forest and meandering streams. The in-ground swimming pool is open from June till September (it's not heated). The house is bright, clean and has a comfy feel to it. It’s fully equipped kitchen, veranda, BBQ, and the campfire is quite the treat. Trails from the backyard will take you into the woods.

Located in Saint-Étienne de Bolton in Estrie, Ch'i Terra is an enchanting area nestled between mountains, lakes and rivers. Possibility of staying alone, with friends or as a couple by renting the cottage which offers three bedrooms, a kitchenette, a stone fireplace and access to the private lake and forest. The displayed price is for double occupancy. If other people in your group are accompanying you and occupying rooms, there is an additional fee of $90 per additional room.

Beautiful log wood cottage with a cathedral roof and a wood stove, located right on the shores of Lac Desmarais in Estrie. The dock is the ideal spot for relaxing. The private lake is a protected area (no gas-powered motors allowed) and is brimming with trout and other species of fish each year. A paddle board, canoe and kayak will be at your disposal. This newly built house is located on our 90 acre property. It is surrounded by an orchard, a vineyard and forest. The quaint and natural setting is perfect for couples, solo travellers or families. Cross country skiing, running and hiking can be practiced on the property. Bromont and Sutton downhill ski slopes are a 35 minutes drive away. Jay Peak, Vermont is 1h15 away by car. The surrounding country roads provide for wonderful bike rides.

Waking up in Casa del Rio brings you back to nature. Having the river in the backyard to enjoy fishing, canoeing, Stand up paddle board or just watching the river flow and sunset on it. Seeing Mount Yamaska in the front yard and the possibility of flying off of it with me in a tandem paraglider or hang glider or just watching us pilots from the 3 launch areas visible from the Casa!
