I want to tell you here, which was way beyond a perfect stay. According to the rules and after talking to Felix, I made my stay a date of friends. And look, the house endured super, so we could rest, enjoy the view a lot, the kitchen is stunning, full kitchen items for meals. Beautiful and well equiped bathroom. Comfortable bed. And for those who are looking for a place to rest I can't tire of indicating the Glass House! When we left we were already looking at the date to come back again. Super INDICATED!

excellent local. we were a little afraid of privacy due to the fact that it has a housekeeper, but the entrance to his house is independent of the rented house, the location of his house does not affect privacy and he only interacted with us when we call him. as to the location, excellent: at the same time quiet and close to the market. as for the accommodations, clean and comfortable: we love it!

We stayed 4 days of the Easter holiday, we had a wonderful experience! The host Rodrigo treated us very well and, even with a setback, he was super attentive and met all our needs. The cottage is simply amazing, very well maintained and cozy, and the surrounding landscapes are beautiful. The property's dog, Aipim, was super gentle and kept us company and won our hearts! We certainly recommend it for a couple looking for tranquility with a complete structure.

The place is amazing. I spent Carnival 2025 with my group at Sítio dos Guris! They have an excellent structure with freezer, stove, wood oven for pizza, sound system, barbecue, umbrellas, chairs and two bathrooms in the POOL SECTOR! They have 3 rooms with air-conditioning, with the suite with a hot tub, a room with ample space and a large tv with a signature channel. In another enclosed area, there is barbecue, wood-fired oven and pool table. It also has a treehouse for relaxation. We bought everything at Unisuper, it was approximately 8 min drive away. The communication with Fabricio and Fernando was perfect, both always demonstrating very goodwill! Anyway, you won't regret it! Perfect place!

Very comfortable apartment, exactly as shown in the photos, spacious and quiet backyard, clean and very nice pool to use. It has everything you need for everyday living in the apartment. Host Januário extremely friendly and helpful, gave tips on restaurants, supermarkets and cafeterias, responded quickly and was always willing to help. I will definitely be back to stay!

It was a great stay, we stayed 10 days to work at Expointer, and in addition to being very close to the pavilion, the apartment was still very comfortable, with a market and restaurants nearby. Great infrastructure, both the building and the apartment. Silvana was also very helpful, responding promptly to everything that was asked. We were away for 10 days, but it didn't even feel like we were.

An amazing place, easy to access and super quiet. Impeccable house, perfect and cozy environments, extremely clean and organized. Complete location for those seeking tranquility without having to travel too far. Super-equipped kitchen, comfortable and spacious room. Highlight for the small lake with fish and turtles that gives a country house atmosphere, in the middle of the city. We were made to feel very welcome, with clear and objective guidance. Etel and Carol are great hosts. We will definitely be back as we feel at home.

Ana Raquel's home is very charming, well decorated and had everything I needed. The suite is wonderful and must be about 40 sqm , it's huge. The bathroom is a cinema and has a top hot tub. The view of the bathroom and the bedroom is also something to stand out. I would say the satisfaction I had in hosting was 110%.

The outdoor swimming pool reflects the warm hues of a sunset, with lush greenery surrounding the area. A shaded pergola is visible to one side, enhancing the serene atmosphere of the private space, ideal for relaxation.

An amazing pool, a great area for barbecue, listening to music, enjoying with the family. Well equipped kitchen, great size barbecue, very large pool, very good showers, air-conditioning working well in all the pieces it had. Worth the stay, we'll be back for sure.
