The location of the Esteio Novo Condominium is our great differential, the Trensurb is a 10-minute walk, about 850 meters, where it connects you to Porto Alegre, Canoas, São Leopoldo and other cities in the metropolitan region. Within a 5-10 minute walk, you have the entire city's infrastructure at your disposal: Supermarkets, gas stations, Pharmacies, Gyms, Crossfit and Bank Branches, extremely simple mobility for our guests.
