Shoots, filming and business seminars are possible on site. Train station 700m away, shops 2km away. Another house is also rented on the property. To get around, Bouray or La Ferté-Alais train stations allow you to access the capital in less than 1 hour. Many tours and walks possible around the house: Gatinais Park, Château de Chamarande, Milly-la-Forêt, Cerny Airfield.

Many walks or bike rides (not provided but rental on request) possible from the house.
