And we're just a few miles (bikeable or driving) to downtown Burlington, UVM, Champlain College, and St. Michael’s College. Easy highway access means quick drives to all that Vermont has to offer. A Friday AND Saturday night booking is required if you're requesting to stay for either of those nights. Exceptions are offered in very few instances.

Newly remodeled with a separate entrance to first level of a raised ranch home. Private bathroom, queen sized bed and sitting area. There are down pillows and a down comforter on the bed. Eating area with table and chairs, microwave and fridge. Heated by a gas stove. We are a 10 minute drive to Burlington and a 10 minute walk to Bayside Beach and Park where one can play tennis on lighted courts and swim in Lake Champlain. There is a grocery/liquor store a 5 minute walk away.n

Located on a quiet dead end road on owners 3 acre property. Interstate is 1/2 mile away, property is less than a 1/4 mile to Niquette State park & the lake, walking trails, kayaking, swimming right out your door. 15 minutes to Burlington, 45 minutes to Stowe, 10 minutes to the Champlain islands. Lots of places to visit in the area. Close to area ski resorts, such as Smugglers Notch in Jeffersonville, Stowe Mountain resort in Stowe, Bolton Valley Ski resort in Richmond.
