Great location. Short walk to the Main Street. House was clean.

One of the better air bnbs I’ve stayed at recently. I had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the amenities provided. Ryan was great at communicating and even did a check in with us to see if the stay was going well. Beautiful trail in walking distance from the place and had wonderful views of the local ponds. This was my first time visiting the Adirondacks and I would definitely consider this place for my next adventure there.

Meachele's home was well-situated, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. We didn't get lucky with the weather but really enjoyed our stay, in part because of how kind, helpful, and friendly Meachele was. We'll definitely stay at her place again when we return to Saranac Lake.

Second time staying here, great place. Plenty of space, kitchen and bathroom were stocked as described and check-in was easy.

We've stayed here several times over the years. Sherri is a fantastic host and we look forward to staying again next year.

This lakeside gem was the setting for one of the most restful and beautiful stays we’ve ever had with Airbnb. I loved sitting every morning on their porch to take in the first bit of morning light, and every suggestion made by our host was better than the last. I’ve visited Vermont several times, but I was blown away by all of the hidden treasure suggested by our host - everything from thrift shops to the best cafes. My two kids had a blast here as well. I would highly recommend for couples, families, or friend groups looking to have fun together.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful mountain chalet! The landscaping is beautiful and perfectly complements the serene surroundings. The house itself is new, stylishly designed, and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved relaxing in the sauna after a day of exploring—it was such a luxurious touch. I accidentally broke a glass, our host was so understanding and gracious. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind.

Where do I start...from before I arrived, up until my departure...Joanne was attentive in every way possible. All my questions were answered with an immediate response. The home was extraordinary. The effort Joanne has put in to making it just like home shows. With an abundance of whimsical touches. Up until the day I left, I would see a new thing. As if the enchanting home wasn't enough, the back patio is a place of serenity...with the sounds and view of the river extraordinary. I could go on and on, but I will just say, "it was the best vacation I have ever had". One word describes this Airbnb...AMAZING!!!🩷. I will return next year! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The lake is peaceful and beautifully scenic surrounded by mountains, with a great view from the large picture windows in the living area. Kayaking and canoeing were great! Our son stayed at the Studio bachelor pad until his older sibling arrived and kicked him out; a perfect size for couple also. Close to Six Flags and Lake George. House was pristine. Great layout for family fun!

We had a great stay!! The place was even nicer than the photos, very roomy and comfortable for our family of three plus pup. We loved the location - a short drive to Whiteface for skiing which was a priority, but also accessible to the town of Lake Placid which we enjoyed exploring. But when we were back at "home" we felt like were in a beautiful rural setting. Nice to have a really full kitchen and dining area which we often find lacking in Air B&B's. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect little place with everything needed for your stay. Very friendly helpful hosts that were always very responsive with any questions or concerns right from the start. I will definitely be staying again when we come back for other fishing tournaments. thanks again

We enjoyed the backyard and kayaks immensely! Great yard for kids and pup to play in. Close to White Face, Lake Placid, and Ausable Chasm. Beds were very comfortable and so many thoughtful amenities. Jennifer was in contact with us to make the rental perfect! We hope to go back in the fall or winter in the future.

Greg’s home is spacious yet cozy, a true home away from home. Gorgeous kitchen and living areas, comfy bedrooms, and lovely property, and just minutes away from beautiful Mirror Lake and the town - our family of four had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Greg was immediately responsive, kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back, thank you Greg!

Our friend group was looking for a place to stay close to the whiteface mountain and we got super lucky to find Jo’s house! Beautiful house, stylish & super cozy - we felt like at home right away! All this in addition to beautiful surroundings made our trip an unforgettable experience! Each bedroom had a private bathroom and a common bathroom on the first floor which was amazing for a group of 6 people. Showers deserve an additional mention - it was definitely a calming and relaxing experience! Jo is an amazing host. Communication was great, we were given a lot of recommendations about local “must-visit” places. The host is super responsive, kind and understanding! Overall, it was an unforgettable experience at Jo’s place and hopefully we can go there again in the future! we highly recommend it!!

We had a great stay here. The check in and out times were flexible which really maximized the time we had on our vacation. The location couldn’t have been better, town is just a few minute walk away! The amenities were also great, my family and I enjoyed taking out the kayaks. Overall great rental and could recommend.

Nicest bnb we have stayed at in placid! We had the grounds to ourselves and enjoyed sitting by the lake the first night before it rained the rest of the weekend. The place was cozy and the fireplace was nice for the rainy days. I appreciated the snacks and drinks in the room too!

We had the most wonderful stay at this condo! It was spotless, cozy, and ideally situated—right near town yet in a peaceful and private spot. We absolutely loved it!

Rudy is sincerely a fantastic host. He is a proactive communicator, always offering assistance at all times if it is needed. We certainly felt welcomed into a home. The condo was exactly as described and was very spacious for our group of 8. We truly loved the view of the lake, and even had a wonderful experience at the restaurant just steps away from our place. If/when we come back to lake placid - we will be staying here. The only thing that would be the icing on the cake would be a nice firepit to enjoy the lake evenings. Nonetheless - a wonderful experience. Rudy is the epitome of what an Airbnb host should be!
