Dear guests! My house is located in the center of the city, on the university street; 5 minutes to Anadolu University, 5 minutes to the Espark shopping center, 10 minutes to the train station and 1 minute to the university street where the restaurants are located, and the bar street and the bar street and the Adalar along the water. The tram and bus stops are a 3-minute walk from the house. It has all the stuff you may need in a house. Our listing is new. The entire 1+1 house is yours. Espark is 2 minutes, University street is 2 minutes, Bar street is 5 minutes walking distance. There is YouTube Netflix in the project. The building is a family apartment and there should be no loud noise at night. 4 people can easily stay. There are kitchen utensils. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely, clean, and spacious apartment. It’s well-equipped and has two beautiful terraces with great views of the city. The location is fantastic—perfect for walking and right in the heart of the city’s nightlife. That said, the vibrant location does come with some noise. On Sunday night, it was quite loud until around 1 AM due to nearby bars. Also, note that the apartment is at the top of a five-story walk-up with no elevator. No problem for us The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a great place with lots to love!
