The area is characterized by the beautiful glacial landscape. There is 1 km to both beach and forest. In addition, the "Tour de France" route passes right by the farm. Plenty of opportunities for cycling, hiking and water sports.

Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to the city center and station. 300 meters to Næstved Arena, stadium and high school. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, the kitchen, private bathroom, downstairs bedroom with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for poor walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There is a small dog at the address, but not in the annex. Ohøy! Throw anchor in atmospheric Havnsø. Here, in the water is close in almost every corner of the world. From our lovely house you can stroll the about 200 meters down to the water and the nature reserve Vesterlyng, with one of DK's best bathing beaches, is less than 2 km from the house. Also enjoy a good dinner or drink at the many cozy cafes in Havnsø Havn (note closed for winter). From here you can also go on a mini island cruise to Nexelø and Sejerø. And for the cool morning swimmers and winter swimmers, there are sauna houses on the harbor.

There is only a 7-minute walk down to the beach, which offers a swimming pier, the cleanest sea water and the most beautiful sunset. The Røsnæs area is known for its unique nature, and there are plenty of experiences in the area. You can walk around Røsnæs, experience the historic lighthouse Røsnæs Fyr and visit the area's many wineries.

You will have two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen, private entrance, your own parking spot, indoor and outdoor dining area with access to a fire pit and grill. We are ideally situated near Pedersborg and Soro lakes-a ten minute walk away. Many visitors come to Soro for a peaceful walk around the lakes and a tour boat ride in summer. You will be a 2 minute walk from the bus stop and a 40 minute train ride from Copenhagen.

Beach cabin with private jetty

When you step down the stairs to this turquoise blue cottage, it is as if you are stepping into another world. Here there is peace, privacy and you live in the middle of nature. The garden is home to lizards and is planted with lots of different rose bushes that give the most wonderful scent in the summer. On the windless days, you can hear the flapping of the birds' wings and if you listen carefully you can also hear the porpoises that swim past along the coast in the evening hours.

Tiny Søhøj er et tinyhouse, midt i Nationalpark Skjoldungernes Land. Du har hytten for dig selv, der er simpelt køkken, spiseplads og dobbeltseng. Der kan stilles en gæsteseng op. Du kan se solen stå op over Østenbjerg og nyde den smukke udsigt over marker, enge og skoven. Her er havørne og ugler, frøer, der kvækker i mosen, nattergale i buskadserne på engen, og gøgen der kukker. Der er toilet og bad i en separat bygning cirka 50 meter fra hytten. Hytten er cirka 25 m2.
