Жила в этой квартире- осталась в полном восторге! Квартира абсолютно новая, все очень чисто, аккуратно, видно, что сделано с любовью. Интерьер просто супер - современный, стильный, но при этом очень уютный. Приятно находиться, чувствуешь себя как дома с первых минут. Все необходимое есть, ничего лишнего. Однозначно рекомендую!

The apartment is very cosy and clean, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay in Astana. Nearby there are lots of supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants, and the location isn’t far from the centre. The host is very responsive and kind, and the price is very reasonable compared to other places on Airbnb. I recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Astana.

In short, this is a great place to stay. After looking at the photos and then seeing the place in person, I was pleasantly surprised (It looks better in real life than in the photos, to be honest). Considering that the prices are lower than others, I was really happy to spend my vacation here.

This was a great place for our stay, as I needed to work with ministries that were located within walking distance. The building is close to the center of the city, a good mall is a 15min walk away, a large supermarket is 5 minutes away, there are 4 small shops in the building where you can buy most of what you may need, there are 3 delivery service points in the building (WildBerries, Ozon, Kaspi) for anything you want to order online. Apartment had everything we needed, including laundry detergent, all cleaning supplies, shampoo, soap, etc. The A/C is only in the living room and it works great, but there isn't one in the bedroom and it gets quite hot in the summer. If you keep the windows closed and run the A/C on high it will cool all rooms off eventually. The mattress in the bedroom, in my opinion, requires replacement, as it is pretty soft. I found it tough to sleep on, but it could just be me. Overall, an awesome place and we will be back next year! Thank you, Lyailya!

一年ぶり二度目の滞在でした、変わらず最高のアパートでした！ モールまで徒歩圏内、バス停も近くに数ヶ所あり移動にも便利、宿のすぐそばにミニマーケットやカフェも沢山ありとても便利でした。 部屋はとても清潔で暖かく居心地が良く、必要なものは全て揃っていました。 セルフでのチェックインの方法も説明がとてもわかりやすく簡単です。 とても親切にしていただき、素敵なホストでした！ありがとうございます！！

Ich kann die Unterkunft von Гульмира wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung, war sauber und befand sich in einer schönen und modernen Umgebung. Hausschuhe, Zahnbürsten, Shampoo und sogar Kanister mit Trinkwasser wurden uns in der Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt. Гульмира war immer gut erreichbar und antwortete rasch auf Fragen. Sie gab uns eine sehr detaillierte und hilfreiche Beschreibung wie wir in die Wohnung kommen und ließ uns sogar schon etwas früher einchecken. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

Квартира светлая, уютная и комфортная для двоих. На кухне было всё необходимое для самостоятельной готовки. Комфортное спальное место. В пешей доступности есть много продуктовых магазинов и кафе. Хозяйка очень приветливая и всегда на связи :)

Все было замечательно. Фото соответствуют действительности, очень приятная и просторная квартира. Впечатлил большой и удобный диван (он просто огромный). Хозяйка добрая и отзывчивая, была всегда на связи и сразу помогала решать возникшие вопросы! Рекомендую данное жилье!

Хозяин жилья оперативно отвечает на все вопросы, бесконтактное заселение с возможностью позднего заезда. Все супер!

The host met us during a check-in, helped to get comfortable in the house, which is good. The flat is nice and quiet with lots of sofas, great place to relax and chill. Big market is close and lot of places where to eat by the way a kitchen has everything for cooking.

I had an amazing stay at Azamat's Airbnb. From the very first time, Azamat and Aknur have been very friendly and helpful. Same way as I liked the mood and communication, I very liked the apartment itself. Looks like on the picture, very lovely cozy Airbnb. Perfect for rest, great to work remotely. Big smart-enabled TV with clear picture, stable internet connection, and fully equipped kitchen made this stay very smooth. I liked how two big windows can make the room very bright when it's needed. In the evening, you will find a lot of light switches allowing you setup the ambiance of the place as per your mood. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone looking for cozy space and restful time! Konaklamam mükemmeldi. Eduard son derece ilgili, dakik ve yardımsever bir ev sahibiydi. Check-in süreci hızlı ve sorunsuzdu, daire tertemiz ve tam olarak ilandaki gibiydi, hatta daha iyiydi. Özellikle sessiz ortamı, estetik mimarisi ve gün ışığı alan modern tasarımı sayesinde gerçekten dinlendirici bir konaklama geçirdim. Eduard hem profesyonel hem de nazik bir ev sahibi. Her türlü soruma hızlıca yanıt verdi ve ihtiyacım olduğunda destek sunmaktan çekinmedi. Kendimi güvende ve rahat hissetmemi sağladı. Astana-Kazakistan, tekrar gelirsem yeniden aynı yerde kalmak isterim. Eduard’a ve misafirperverliğine teşekkür ederim. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Замечательная, чистая и светлая квартира! Есть опция самостоятельного заезда, но нас все равно встретил хозяин при заезде и помог заселиться. За несколько дней до заезда хозяин прислал подробные инструкции, а так же информацию как добраться из аэропорта, какое такси нужно вызывать. Хозяин очень быстро отвечал на все наши вопросы, всегда был на связи, и мы были спокойны. В квартире есть все, что необходимо - посуда, полотенца, интернет. Очень красивый вид на город из окна! Квартира находится в центре, рядом магазины, музей, рестораны. Мы остались очень довольны нашим выбором, эта квартира оказалась намного лучше, чем любой отель!!

Квартира в шаговой доступности от ТЦ, что мне было необходимо. Так что никаких минусов для меня нет. Всего было достаточно.
