Excelente alojamiento con un ambiente agradable me sentí como en casa cómodo.

Hemos reservado esta hubicación en diferentes ocasiones para nuestras visitas extranjeras por parte del trabajo, definitivamente es un lugar que recomendaría mucho y aparte los buenos comentarios de las personas que hemos hospedado ahí... Tiene: - Excelente ubicación, cercano a varios centros comerciales - Una zona muy segura dentro de garita, mucha gente sale a caminar y correr durante el día y noche - El edificio cuenta con seguridad, adicional a la de la colonia y son muy educados - El edificio y el apartamento son muy limpios y ambiente agradable - El apartamento en sí, está muy bien equipado y todo en buen estado Mil gracias Chema por estar siempre al pendiente y ser un excelente anfitrión, definitivamente seguiremos aprovechando este airbnb!!!

Excelente apartamento, en mi coso lo utilizo por negocios y esta en una zona céntrica! Excelente espacio para dormir y trabajar!

Todo tal como se describe y se ve en las fotos, sin quejas de nada, ojo, la zona es muy ruidosa, pasan patrullas, bomberos y mil cosas, el aeropuerto está muy cerca así que es normal el ruido de aviones, pero eso a mi no me molesta nada, además si cierran las ventanas disminuye mucho el ruido, solo lo menciono por que hay personas muy delicadas; el acceso es muy sencillo y todo super limpio, lo recomiendo mucho.

This place was great and with 120 sqm of space it was quite comfortable. At night it was quiet and the blackout curtains were awesome! I would recommend staying here!

El apartamento es muy bonito, tal cuál como se muestra en las fotografías. El anfitrión es muy amable y estuvo atento con nuestras preguntas durante la estadía. Excelente servicio, recomendado.

Muy buena ubicación

We had a wonderful time in Becky’s home! The garden area in the center was so peaceful. Coffee and breakfast at the large outdoor table was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was within walking distance to endless Antigua amenities! Becky was always proactive and able to meet our needs before we even asked! We will definitely be staying here again!

My family and I had a great time staying in Vale’s place. We each had our separate rooms and bathrooms but still felt cozy and like we were at home. The view from the rooftop is incredible. We visited during semana santa and felt Vale’s place was close enough to the center without feeling crowded. We were able to view the processions and enjoyed the restaurants nearby and the neighbors were so kind. I look forward to staying here again for a longer period of time to fully enjoy the house.

Carlos’ place was incredible—it exceeded our expectations! It was spacious, bright, and had plenty of cozy spots to retreat to for some quiet time. The kitchen was especially impressive—large and inviting, making it the perfect gathering place for our family as we prepared meals together. The pool was a fantastic bonus! We heated it on the last day of our stay, and it stayed warm throughout the day. Even without the heater, it was a refreshing escape on hot afternoons. Having a security guard on-site added an extra sense of safety. He was quiet, respectful, and very friendly, providing helpful information whenever we needed it. We only saw him when we reached out, and he was always kind and professional. Carlos was also incredibly responsive, making our stay even smoother. The house was conveniently located near Central Park and great restaurants, yet it still felt like a peaceful retreat. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind—we would absolutely stay here again!

The house was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located to everything. The courtyard was our go to spot for morning, afternoon, and evening family talks. I wouldn't have wanted to experience Antigua, Guatemala anywhere else. This was the perfect location for me and my family to spend the days leading up to my son's wedding. PERFECTION.

Definitivamente me hospedo de nuevo en el apartamento de Estuardo.

Incredible setting! The kids were delighted with the pool and wanted to just stay there all day. We took advantage of the poolside massage services. The beach is very steep, so it was more of a backdrop than an activity. This is on the third floor with no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have issues with walking. The restaurant is delicious and open from 8 AM to 9 PM every day. If you need to do laundry, it is not in the unit and it costs 25Q per machine use. If you have a vehicle to travel on your own, this is about 25 minutes away from main street Monterrico. We booked a sunrise mangrove tour and horse rides at sunset; both took place down there.

El apartamento es un espacio muy acogedor, con una decoración cálida y muebles cómodos que hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera realmente agradable. Todo estaba ordenado, lo que facilitó mucho nuestra comodidad durante la visita. Además, la ubicación es ideal: en una zona tranquila pero con fácil acceso a restaurantes y supermercado, lo que nos permitió movernos con facilidad. Julio fue un anfitrión excepcional, siempre amable y atento, dispuesto a responder nuestras dudas y hacer que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer momento. Recomiendo este lugar especialmente para familias que busquen un ambiente tranquilo y un trato cercano. ¡Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí!
