The pool is heated and available at all hours—even for a relaxing night swim. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need. Lighting has been thoughtfully designed, both indoors and out, creating an inviting ambiance throughout. The rooftop is simply spectacular. And when the winds pick up? They’ve thought of that too: a cozy gas fire stove and extra cushions make it the perfect chill-out zone no matter the weather. Jairo and Ashley were amazing hosts- very friendly helpful and generous. We had some complications with our arrival and they were incredibly kind and understanding. The house is very comfortable- the AC is a real plus for El Paredon. The rooftop space with the hammocks is the perfect place to unwind when it's too hot on the beach. There is tea/coffee/salt/oil aplenty which makes all the difference when you have a whole house to yourself. Everything you need is in walking distance and there are 2 bikes on the property. Thanks guys, we will be back for sure!

Most people don't realize it, but this small community is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The house is beautiful and very functional. There's a jacuzzi with fresh water that was so relaxing! You have a beautiful view of fuego volcano. I would come back in a heartbeat. Great Airbnb.

The apartment is very spacious and the two double beds in the room are very comfortable for a family of 3 or 4 people. Keep in mind that it does not have its own parking, but it is not a problem to find a place to park in the surrounding streets.

If you want stunning views, and some peaceful surroundings, stay here! You can see Volcán de Auga, Fuego and Acatenango! I had just hiked Acatenango and chose this place to relax mainly. At night you can see the lava on Fuego, it's amazing! The bed was comfortable, nice bathroom and kitchen. Gorgeous pool, again facing the most incredible view. It is a bit remote, but if you have a car, then you're fine, otherwise they can arrange Jose or Israel to get you to town or the airport. There are a few restaurants that you can walk to as well. I felt totally safe there travelling as a solo female, and the locals I passed by on my walks were so lovely. Overall such a beautiful relaxing place to stay. The hosts were great and responded quickly and arranged my transfers.

The view from the beach house is incredible! My friends and I spent a long weekend basically never leaving the pool. Each room had its own ensuite and was super private and all had ocean views. Wifi was very fast -- I was able to work remotely and take video calls easily. Special shoutout to Abner and Anna who took great care of the villa while we were there. Cacho was super helpful with arranging taxis and giving us local recommendations. It's also a close walk to the town so you really don't need a car there. We walked on the beach to town almost every night. And the sunsets! Soooo gorgeous from the black sand beach. Even though there is no AC, we kept cool at night with the fans and leaving the doors open. There is one queen bed in each room with bunk beds with smaller beds so it's great for families, smaller groups (like us, we had 4 sleep comfortably), but 12 large adults may find it a bit crowded. I definitely recommend this villa if you're in Guatemala! Thanks, Cacho!

An excellent place !! Silvia's place is an excellent place, the condominium is very safe, very quiet, beautiful and cozy. You have to be clear that it is not directly in Antigua Guatemala, however it is about 10-15 minutes from the center of Antigua and Uber arrives very quickly. The house is very nice, cozy, it makes you feel at home, the rooms are nice, the bathrooms are clean and it has everything for you to cook, which was very helpful. There is a shopping plaza 1 km away that has everything you need. The pool area is quite comfortable to have a good time with the family and its terrace is amazing for something more private with your companions. I loved the house, I would definitely stay there again.

They immediately helped me with a problem , super comfortable with the stay , everything was perfect , the only bad thing was the reception guys, they are somewhat pedantic , but with the apartment I have no complaints , everything is perfect. Recommended!!!
