This is what Airbnb is all about—a real home with personality and soul, not just another cookie-cutter holiday rental. The attention to detail here is truly exceptional. The pool is heated and available at all hours—even for a relaxing night swim. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need. Lighting has been thoughtfully designed, both indoors and out, creating an inviting ambiance throughout. The rooftop is simply spectacular. And when the winds pick up? They’ve thought of that too: a cozy gas fire stove and extra cushions make it the perfect chill-out zone no matter the weather. Jairo and Ashley were amazing hosts- very friendly helpful and generous. We had some complications with our arrival and they were incredibly kind and understanding. The house is very comfortable- the AC is a real plus for El Paredon. The rooftop space with the hammocks is the perfect place to unwind when it's too hot on the beach. There is tea/coffee/salt/oil aplenty which makes all the difference when you have a whole house to yourself. Everything you need is in walking distance and there are 2 bikes on the property. Thanks guys, we will be back for sure!

Most people don't realize it, but this small community is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The house is beautiful and very functional. There's a jacuzzi with fresh water that was so relaxing! You have a beautiful view of fuego volcano. I would come back in a heartbeat. Great Airbnb.

Un excelente lugar !! La estancia de Silvia es un excelente lugar, el condominio es muy seguro, muy tranquilo, bonito y acogedor. hay que tener claro que no esta directamente en antigua Guatemala sin embargo esta a unos 10- 15min del centro de antigua y el uber llega muy rápido . la casa esta muy bonita, acogedora, te hace sentir en casa, los cuartos son agradables , los baños limpios y tiene todo para que te puedas cocinar lo cual fue de mucha ayuda. hay una plaza comercial a 1km de ahi que tiene todo lo necesario. el area de alberca esta bastante a gusto para pasar un buen rato en familia y su terraza esta increible para algo mas privado con tus acompañantes. me encanto la casa, sin duda alguna me hospedaria ahi nuevamente.
