This is the second time we have stayed in the apartment, and we are really satisfied with everything. Flawless apartment and very friendly and helpful host for any concerns.

Ruben is a great host. Help us a lot when we need it the most. I highly recommend it. At other times, we will definitely book again.

The apartment is very comfortable, clean and spacious. Quiet and a beautiful view. Well located meters from a bar for breakfast and Palmas del Pilar shopping. Fast departure to the North or Capital. Excellent.

The place was perfect for me. A quiet location but close to everything . Charlie and his assistant Alexis were very nice and attentive to my needs. At the end of my one month stay it feels like home really. I cannot wait to come back!!!

Spacious, clean, bright, complete and with a good distribution of spaces. Accessible with urban transport lines on the same Av. Balbin in case you come without a vehicle (as in my case). We spent 10 days in this WONDERFUL accommodation... 5 adults and one baby. The place is better than we expected, SPACIOUS apartment, bedding, towels and impeccable Pillow.. It has transportation to several sights, all close to the apartment, bus and subway. Places to eat and shop is also quite vast and with variable values... If you are Brazilian, light plug adapter, Angelina informed that in the apartment always has, but sometimes other guests end up taking...It's the tip..rsrs The place is very nice , quiet and very safe with concierge and garage 24 hours ... This apartment was a find ! Angelina was a LOVE 💘 the whole time with us... Already we want to return...

Nadine is an excellent host. She took care of us right away and was attentive to us. We asked her to put a curtain in the kitchen because we felt little privacy, and in 3 days she was already putting it up. All furniture is new or almost new, the walls were all freshly painted. The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for long stays. The area is super quiet, the only thing to consider is the flooding of the river, but other than that it is a beautiful place. Definitely the best Airbnb I've ever been to as of the day I wrote this message. Highly recommended in every sense!

Excellent apartment, location, amenities and communication with the host who was concerned about giving me flexibility in the arrival and departure from the apartment. The area is very nice, easily accessible and with a variety of markets and places to eat nearby.

I loved the apartment, everything was very clean and tidy. It is a fairly quiet area despite being on a corner, you can hear the Miter train but for me it was not a problem since I am not sensitive to noise. There is a Carrefour nearby with a food area and the coast is a few blocks away, really nice to walk to :) I'll be back if I get the chance
