Vacation rentals with a patio in Eschweiler

A wonderful apartment! Furnished and decorated to a very high standard with beautiful artworks and well designed spaces. High ceilings, wooden floor, quirky furniture and lighting. Secluded, quiet and peaceful. The outside terrace is lovely and quiet. Highly recommend staying here. This is our second visit, last time we stayed in the equally beautiful apartment downstairs.

Ich habe die Unterkunft gebucht, da ich beruflich zur Messe in Köln war. Im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation sehr einfach und sehr freundlich. Der Check-in reibungslos, die Ausstattung wie angegeben und auch der Aufenthalt sehr entspannt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

This is a great place for a small getaway from everyday life. Clean, tidy and well equipped with everything needed. Super easy checkin and very friendly welcome from Claude and Christian.

Gute Kommunination, schöne Lage direkt am Rhein. Insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt.

My stay here was excellent, I have no complaints and in fact only positive things to say. Luc and his wife were great hosts and the place was very cozy.

A really lovely stay with a fabulous host. The apartment was perfect for our group of 5 having an abundance of room. It was extremely clean, comfortable and a perfect location for our trips to Cologne and Phantasialand. Viktoria was extremely helpful prior to our arrival and so friendly when greeting us even to go as far as looking up what train ticket was best for us to purchase to get in to cologne. Thank you for a lovely stay, we’d definitely come again :)

Es war super schön eingerichtet. Man hat sich in der Wohnung wie zuhause gefühlt. So viele Details in der Einrichtung und Zusatzeinrichtung hab ich noch nicht erlebt. Tausend Mal besser als Hotel für diesen Preis in Köln! Seeehr empfehlenswert! Die Lage ist auch recht gut, da man 500-1000 Meter zu ner U-Bahn braucht. Und ein Einkaufsladen ist auch relativ nahe. Einfach durch einen Park durch und man ist fast da. Also ist alles noch im Rahmen. Mit der Tiefgarage war auch alles easy. Da kann man also auch gut Parken (+ Pluspunkt)

Wij hadden heerlijke dagen in het huis van Sebastiaan. Het huis is ruim voor 6 personen met verschillende plekken om lekker te zitten , een gezellige goed uitgeruste eetkeuken, goede 2 persoons bedden en een prachtig gelegen tuin, waar het goed vertoeven is. Sippenaken is een uitstekend uitgangspunt voor uitstapjes en fietstochtjes in de regio en vanuit het huisje ben je zo op een mooi wandelpad door het Geuldal. Voor ons een ideale uitvalsbasis tijdens dit AGR weekend🚴🚴

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles sehr sauber und ganz ruhige Lage. Super freundliche Gastgeberin. Schnelle Kommunikation. Würde dort jederzeit wieder übernachten. Vielen Dank für alles

nach einer sechsstündigen Anreise und einem darauf folgenden langen Messetag sind wir nachts wie im Paradies angekommen und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Alles sehr, sehr sauber und gepflegt, heimisch eingerichtet und an alles gedacht. Nur zu empfehlen! 👍

wir waren zu dritt in dieser Unterkunft. sind super zufrieden. es ist genügend Platz.

Wij huren regelmatig via Airbnb, maar niet eerder voelden we ons zo welkom in een huis. Het huis is heerlijk ruim en de keuken is van alles voorzien, van kruiden, olie en bakpapier tot vlijmscherpe messen. Heerlijk om zo het opgemaakte bed in te kunnen en ons niet druk to hoeven maken over voorzieningen als handoeken, toiletpapier, afwasblokjes, etc.. De ligging van het huis is super, het uitzicht fijn en de omgeving erg mooi om te wandelen. Wij hadden alleen pech dat in dit seizoen niet veel restaurants dicht zijn. Van Franz, die even langs kwam om te controleren of alles in orde was, begrepen we dat dit in maart weer opstart. Dikke aanrader dus!

We stayed at Tom and Brigitte’s cottage in Lanaken for over three months, and it was an absolutely lovely experience. From day one, they were incredibly accommodating and responsive. They were always quick to help with anything we needed. Even for the smallest issues, they took the time to visit the property just to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Their warmth and care truly made a difference. The cottage itself had such a homey and cozy feel. It very quickly felt like our own little retreat. The holiday park is also a beautiful place to be; we really enjoyed the peaceful walks and scenic bike rides through the area. If this was our experience over a long-term stay, I can only imagine how pleasant and smooth a short stay would be! We wholeheartedly recommend this place for both short and long visits, and we hope to return in the future.

Die Wohnung ist super angebunden und gelegen in einem Neubaugebiet mit allen neuesten Standards. S Bahn und Straßenbahn fußläufig erreichbar. Leichte Gebrauchsspuren und Mängel über die Wohnung verteilt. Super Kommunikation mit Tipps und Tricks für die Stadt!

Alles genau wie beschrieben, tolle Kommunikation und großartige Persönlichkeiten. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Was nicht in der Beschreibung stand und super war: den ganzen Tag bekommt man Sonne in den Wohnraum;) Dankeschön für die Zeit.

We had a fantastic 4 nights stay at this apartment, we chose here due to proximity to Phantasialand and for a day trip to Cologne. The apartment was superb for us and our two teens.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung. Jan war auch während des Aufenthalts bei Fragen erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Britta ist eine tolle und freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und sauber. Wir haben uns gleich wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Kommen gerne wieder.

Margit ist sehr hilfsbereit und wir hatten keine Probleme in der Wohnung. Fast schade, dass wir im Dezember da waren, der große Balkon muss toll sein bei wärmerem Wetter.

We had a wonderful stay in the appartment from Birgit. The area around Bad Münstereifel is great for hiking and the small city offers lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. Communication with Birgit is very easy, she was proactive and responded very fast.
