We had a great time at this super nice apartment. Our hosts were very kind and open to our questions. They gave good recommendations. We were happy to meet Caroline in person. If you want to have a great time in Paris, we can really recommend the apartment.

This was a great stay!! The area really makes the Airbnb the best. The outside are is super cute and the Airbnb is really perfect for a quick stay in Paris!

Very happy with my stay in this super sunny apartment, even bigger than in the photos and very conveniently located. The bedroom overlooks the yard, so super peaceful. The alley is quiet as well. Clément is very friendly! He made sure I was comfortable during my stay. As a woman traveling alone, I felt completely safe thanks to the 2 doors that are on the ground floor and the security cameras. I look forward to returning in the coming months.

A pretty little apartment with good metro connections. Unfortunately, it borders areas that you shouldn't visit alone at night, which aren't really pretty either. But we had no problems with it. The apartment itself has everything you need and the host team is very attentive and friendly. We got an immediate answer to every question and also a few nice tips. On New Year's Eve we found a tray with a flower arrangement, champagne, glasses and Champomy (for children) in the apartment. That was very sweet. Directly in the building is a LIDL which was very convenient. Everyone who has ever been to Paris by car and looked for a parking space there will appreciate the apartment's own parking space in a closed parking garage. From our side, this apartment gets a positive recommendation.

An unforgettable stay at Sam's! Upon arrival, we were greeted with great kindness and a real sense of hospitality. Sam is an exceptional host: responsive, caring and always ready to help to make the stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation was impeccable – clean, well-equipped, tastefully decorated and perfectly as advertised (if not better!). We immediately feel at home there. The location is also ideal, whether for relaxation or exploring the surrounding area. Thanks Sam for a great experience! I would recommend it without so much as a second thought, and I will come back without hesitation if the opportunity arises.

My stay at the house was very good overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train, and you can reach the center of Paris in about 15 minutes, which was super convenient. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and cozy — it felt great to come back to after a day out in the city. There were just a few small things that could be improved. I missed having disposable slippers — I didn’t bring any with me due to limited luggage space, and ended up walking in socks, which got dirty pretty quickly on the floors. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some shampoo provided in the bathroom, as we had to go out and buy it ourselves. One thing I didn’t quite understand was the requirement to strip all the bed linens upon checkout, especially since I had already paid an extra €150 for cleaning. It felt a bit unnecessary. Still, these were very minor issues. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

This house looked exactly like the pictures and the host was amazing. We had a co-host meet us to walk through the house, plus there were video instructions on how to use all the appliances. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes. The bathrooms were fully stocked with towels and travel toiletries. The house was very clean, organized and fit our two families well. We had two sets of parents, 1 teenager and 2 pre-teens and everyone had their own space. The house itself is also beautifully remodeled. We used uber most of the time to get around, but the house is walking distance to public transportation too. There's also a Franprix within walking distance for household food and items. I would highly recommend this house and host to everyone.

We had the perfect stay for our family get away. Photos do not do this place justice, it is modern, specious and peaceful hideaway in a lovely little village. We especially enjoyed our morning trip to the local bakery each day for our freshly baked bread and to choose from the selection of cakes. It was ideal for our trip to Disneyland Paris as it was an easy 15 minute drive away and we loved the themed rooms, our daughter especially enjoyed the selection of soft toys around the place. Sabine was a brilliant host, she greeted us on arrival and gave us tips for the local area. We highly recommend this place and would love to return for another stay soon!

We rented this Airbnb to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday, and it was just perfect! The house is spacious, super well-equipped and very clean. We loved the large friendly living room, the outdoor pergola ideal for relaxing, and the many activities on site: billiards, foosball, table tennis… everyone had a great time! It was really the perfect place to have a great time with friends. Thanks again to the hosts for their hospitality, we recommend it 100%!

We spent 6 days in this place. It's a great apartment, in a very quiet private residence. Waking up in the morning was done to the sound of birds. The apartment is very nice, the bedding is great. The only negative point would be that there is almost no pressure in the bathroom, but that would be nitpicking! It is close to the metro, there is a super bakery a 5-minute walk away. In short, if we were to return to Paris, we would not hesitate for a single minute to rebook this place.

Eva's flat was very charming in a location really easy to get to. We often just walked rather than taking the metro but when we wanted to take the metro it was super accessible. The neighborhood is quite urban and lively. We jogged along the Canal Saint-Martin, enjoyed meandering around the city and also relaxing in her cozy flat. The bed is very comfortable, we slept really well. Her flat is lived in which brings an added charm, with good light on the 5th floor. She always answered my messages really quickly and had great restaurant recommendations. We especially appreciated her flexibility with check-in. We arrived on the last train and picked up a key at a hotel around the corner from her flat. Eva is friendly and easy going and we would absolutely stay again.

Great location and our host was flexible with check-in and was very responsive and made us aware of current events and alternate routes to take given that the marathon was occurring on our departure day. This was my second visit to Remco's place. The apartment is beautifully designed and it's such a pleasure to spend time in it, and the area of Paris it's located in. Thank you for being such a great host and we look forward to our next visit!

Wonderful! The apartment is as described and very comfortable (single mum, 2 kids 10&6). The apartment has everything you need. I ordered groceries via Uber eats as it was easier than dragging the kids out to the shops and that was very easy. Getting to Disney was 12 euros in a taxi, again you can do the bus but I wanted to save our legs for Disney! We went into Paris, again this was easy we took an uber to the Disney station (12 euro) and then the RER train. The instructions were really clear for check in and out and Lara was only a what’s app message away if I needed to ask anything. Overall a great experience and wouldn’t definitely come again.

A great base for our trip to DLP. Being away from the park and having the option to cook or eat out a great advantage. A fresh and new feel to this area on the outskirts of Paris. Easy to find by car. The flat itself is secure and clean. Beds were comfy and it was really quiet.

Very nice and peaceful airbnb, accommodation absolutely matches the photos, Friendly and responsive host, we had a very relaxing stay, the pool is a plus and the small cardio room too. We didn't want for anything, I would absolutely recommend it.
