The apartment is great, quiet, everything as shown in the photos, I loved staying, there was a pharmacy, supermarket nearby to walk to.

Place according to the description and the images of the listing, I found it cozy and well taken care of.

The beach is in front of a beautiful place, a little far from the center but it's not a problem because you have everything in the area and you can reach the center in 5 minutes by car, the amenities of the building are very nice, especially the pool.

Alessandro was very quick, and clarified any and all doubts, my family and I loved the place, from the location to the apartment, everything extremely clean, cozy apartment, everything very practical! I highly recommend it. Ana Carolina is also very attentive. São Chico won my heart. Great beach for family rest. We had a very good stay! Tânia welcomed us very warmly. The house was very clean. We only missed air-conditioning in all the rooms (there was only in the en-suite) because we had very hot days and the ceiling fans could not handle it. We were a little frustrated because the freezer, which appeared in the photos when we rented, was not working. We went to spend 8 days and took a lot of refrigerator stuff and only the refrigerator didn't work. Other than that, everything was fine. A wonderful view of the sea, super safe condominium for those who go with children, easy access to the beach. We liked it a lot.

Beautiful place, in the middle of nature! Bring a lot of repellent. Clean sheets and towels, comfortable beds, all rooms with air conditioning. Good restaurant a few meters away, as well as a gas station, with ice and cold drinks, and pharmacy. Very attentive host, there was an issue with the refrigerator and Antônio did everything possible to resolve it quickly. Adalgisa and Lola are in charge of making their stay even better.

We loved the place, the house is wonderful, cozy and the view is even better. The street is very quiet, the beaches are close, as well as markets and restaurants. Taiana was always willing to help if necessary. In the house, the bathtub was not available for use, it was damaged... so if someone chooses this item to make the reservation it is important to check.

It is a spacious and comfortable house, located very close to Prainha (the beach we liked the most in San Francisco do Sul); a very safe, quiet and family area. The place had everything described in the listing, and the WIFI worked very well. The house's kitchen is very spacious and complete. It also has a comfortable grill in the garage area. The house turned out to be more beautiful than the expectations we had created from what we saw in the photos, and it is also located near downtown and Enseada beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always willing to help us during our stay.

The apartment was clean and has all the necessary utensils, it has air conditioning in all the rooms. I traveled with my mother and children and they enjoyed a lot of the condominium that has a pool, playground, game room, court and the beach is in front. There is market, pharmacy, all very close. The stay was great we felt at home.

Excellent option for those seeking tranquility and great structure for the family. The apartment is very equipped, it makes us feel at home. It has a good barbecue with equipment. The pools are well maintained. The beach is quiet, without crowds, loud music, family atmosphere, with lifeguards on duty during high season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was a lot of fun, every day was sunny, we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility, enjoying a beach and pool with the family. The condominium has shops in front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.
