Cottage: The Veranda of Amerongen

Our beautiful vacation home is located in the old village near Amerongen Castle. Ideal for hikers, cyclists, motorcyclists and mountain bikers! It is a detached cottage, in the style of the tobacco barns from the area, with a private entrance, lovely bed, kitchen, luxurious NEW bathroom with rain shower and cozy veranda (with wood stove!) and views of the greenery of our backyard. There is room for two adults in a bedroom overlooking the forest. Relax by the fireplace, listen to the birds and the rustling trees. In the picturesque Voorthuizen, there is much to do, so besides tranquility there is plenty of entertainment to find in the area. Every Saturday market and plenty of terraces around the square.

Ons knusse ‘LOFT’ is een vrijstaand, gezellig en compleet ingericht vakantiehuis van 44m2 op de Veluwe. Door het hoge plafond en de vele ramen is het licht en ruim met uitzicht over de weilanden/akkers. Er is een veranda en een lounge-plek. Deze plek is uitermate geschikt voor rustzoekers en natuurliefhebbers.

The cozy garden shed offers a pleasant and cozy stay for two persons (possibly cot+chair available). It has a bathroom with a cozy bathtub and romantic bedstead (1.40x2.00m). From the sofa bed you have a nice fire view of the wood stove. The cottage is quietly located and is located in the middle of the meadows lined by trees. Due to its location, it is a nice place to relax and it is a pleasant base from which to explore the Veluwe. No WiFi available.

In de landelijke omgeving kunt u heerlijk wandelen of fietsen op de vrolijke tandems. In de buurt zijn ook mtb routes. 2 pers. bed in de slaapkamer, 2 pers. slaapbank in de woonkamer.

Beautiful cottage with a beautiful wide view over the meadows. There is space for 2 adults and possibly 1 baby up to 1 year old. There is a camp bed for the baby. It is a lovely cozy cottage within walking distance of the bustling & picturesque center of Voorthuizen. Voorthuizen is the perfect gateway to the Veluwe because of its convenient location. A good base for many hiking and biking trails and there is plenty to do in the area.
