We booked this for business purposes! Our construction crew wore very happy and very comfortable! We stay here for a month and through Samantha was always on communication if we needed anything! She was very pleasant to work with always working way to fulfill our needs! Lovely home wonderful communication! We will definitely stay here again very lovely home, community and host 🥰

The views at The Pilot House are outstanding -- boats to watch on the river, trains on the bridge, gorgeous sunrise views . . . it's fun to simply enjoy the many options for viewing your surroundings, whether from the hot tub on the deck or huge living room windows. This historic home was gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and cozy on cool nights sitting by the fireplace. They even have a pantry with a few extra food items if needed. We loved everything about our stay here! (And, if it wouldn't have been raining much of the time, we would have enjoyed walking up the hill to the coffee shop and restaurants -- but driving works, too -- all very convenient!)

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Scot was super responsive and made check-in really easy. Everything we needed was available, and the hot tub/theater room was perfect! I’d definitely stay here again. You are super close to little shops and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location between Ark and Creation Museum. We had 6 people and had plenty of space. Our family loved the assortment of games. Play area would have been wonderful for younger kiddos.

Booked this place for my sweetheart's birthday weekend. It caught our interest because it had a hot tub, but when we arrived we both realized the place had a certain charm. It reminded both of us of the family homes we used to visit, like grandparents or relatives. It felt like a home away from home. I've had previous stays where nightfall would make a place feel unfamiliar and foreign, but I felt completely at peace here. We had a heavy storm hit us, so our enjoyment with the hot tub was brief, but Joshua was prompt in communicating with us any time we had questions. He also included a complementary gift for her birthday that we both appreciated. We both agree that we would love to come back here one day and maybe even bring the kids with us next time. Wonderful experience all around!

Definitely would go again made a great place for a family vacation, 1 bathroom was the only negative for multiple families.

Joe's place was great. It was very clean, easy to find and within walking distance of the amazing little town of Loveland. So amazing that my wife tried to convince me to move there. Joe was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Overall, it was a great stay

Pretty straight forward for a one night stay. Extremely convenient location and the price is so reasonable! Everything is clean and theres some cute amenities. Thanks again!

The location of this place can’t be beat. Secure parking and spacious lodging. Great spot for exploring the OTR area. We will recommend to friends and family and will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is beautiful and bright with many windows . The kitchen has great appliances including a dishwasher. Having oatmeal on hand was nice. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have an outdoor deck area although we didn’t have time to use it. The only downside is you can hear noise from the apartment above. We would stay here again.

Stayed here with a friend for a wedding. It served it's purpose, we were not home much. It was clean and comfortable, also very cute. It was walking distance to some great cafés and restaurants. Host instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Street parking was available/easy. I will emphasize that if you are a light sleeper, this is not the accommodation for you. The floor boards are creaky and you can hear most noise from the neighboring/upstairs unit

Would definitely stay again! The place was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and in the perfect location for a friends wedding - the view of the city from the back porch didn't hurt either! Shoutout to Schwartz's Point Jazz Club down the street where I made some amazing friends. Bonus: the kitchen was stocked with healthy cooking oils! Couldn't ask for a better experience.

I had an extended stay at The Kimberly & it quickly became a place that felt like home. A chic sanctuary in the heart of Mainstrasse. Margaret’s tasteful art & design make the place feel like luxury. The bed is extremely comfortable & there’s plenty of clean & comfy bedding. Plenty of natural lighting. The couch is perfect for lounging/watching TV. The desk is useful for working & zoom meetings. There’s ample room in the dresser & footbed chest. The rollaway bed, comfortable & tucks away easily. The kitchen, adorable & well-equipped. The patio, spacious & relaxing. The bathroom, luxurious & donned with all amenities. Margaret is an attentive, professional host who responds in a timely manner. Though there’s hardly anything to ask for as she has anticipated the needs of her guests. Eat at Mama’s. Eat 50+ soft serve flavors at Piper’s, walk thru Goebel park. Browse Julie’s Consignment for vintage treasures. Get the cannoli at the Gyro place. Stay with Margaret, a steal for the value.

Cute and quaint small space. We were in town for my partners football scrimmage, this place was close and reasonably priced. You will have to climb a few flights of stairs so be mindful if you’re packing a lot and the stairway is narrow. Once you make it inside it’s the perfect tiny space that feels humongous! The hosts literally thought of just about everything one would need for their stay. They even had a step stool (my lady is short lol so I teased her about that). The bed!!!!! Superrrrr comfy and the star of the air bnb. I loved the decor touches as well. We are already planning a summer day back in cincy! Thanks for hosting us and being so prompt with any issues during our stay.

Ben was a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host. Pictures are pretty spot on. You don't get to see some of the imperfections that come with an older property. The one that got me the most: there isn't a flat spot anywhere. It's a constant up and down of uneven flooring, different flooring with uneven transitions, and that old carpet needs to go. But, that said, the cleaning by Monica is great. Besides some nose marks on a glass door left by a previous pooch, I don't think there was a dirty spot in the house. The linens and towels smelled clean, sparkling sinks and toilets, and even the outdoor furniture was spotless. Our biggest issue was the main bedroom's bed. The mattress was too firm and equaled the worst night of sleep we've had abroad. The on-site parking was so convenient. We were able to fully charge our EV overnight after a long trip. Good thing since we didn't feel comfortable walking the neighborhood at all...even during the day. We would visit again. With a car.....

Sid was a great host! The location of the condo is great for accessibility to downtown Cincinnati, and the quality and space of the condo were excellent.

This was the perfect place to stay for a night and enjoy the Cincinnati stop of our road trip. Mike was very responsive. The parking garage attendants were very friendly as well and pointed us in the direction of the Mike’s place.

Booked this for a girls weekend recently. This place was even better than we had imagined. The pictures don’t even do it justice and the location doesn’t get much better in this city— right on the Findlay market! Would recommend this place 100x over and now I’m looking for another excuse to stay in one of her BnBs!

This place was the perfect cozy spot with a great view overlooking downtown Cincinnati and the river! Very close to everything you’d need, clean, and well organized. Perfect place to get away and enjoy downtown Cincinnati!

Perfect location for first time visitors of Cincinnati ! Parking was easy and convenient when we arrived but didn’t have to get back in the vehicle till the end of our stay because of how walkable everything is . Being in the middle of the OTR there was so much to experience in just a short walk . After a day of exploring Sid’s place was great to unwind and relax before the next day of checking out the town !

I hit William up late, mid-day for same day accommodation and he was immediately responsive and very welcoming. All points of needed information flowed to me immediately upon booking acceptance and there wasn't so much as a moment's confusion with following his lead. The home is envy-inducing and really sparked our imagination for what we could do with our own getaway home we plan to have in our soon to come retirement. There are more high interest, quality dining opportunities nearby than even a voracious appetite could cover in a month, much less a single weekend away from the kids! Lovely home. Perfappointed. CLEAN. SAFE. Perfect, really.

The space was perfect. We wanted to go out in OTR and went the FC Cincy game and the location couldnt have been more perfect! We did go downtown one evening and the FREE street car was right on the corner! Martin was extremely communicative. Only downside was felt like you had to walk on eggshells with all of the reminders to be quiet posted. Was able to hear noises from other units so makes sense tho.
