On the ground floor, a living room of 25 m2, with a fitted and equipped kitchen, a seating area with a sofa bed, sleeping for 2 people, a bathroom with toilet, a hydromassage shower and a laundry area with washing machine/dryer. Upstairs a desk area, a sleeping area with a bed for 2 people.

Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with bathroom, separate toilet and living kitchen with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (Le Moros) that runs along the property. Quietly, you can observe many birds: herons, piverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with the deer.

"Ti Mein Glas" is a charming small quiet house completely renovated in 2020, it is located in Landudal 4 km from Briec and 8 km from Quimper Nord. The beaches are within 25/30 km. (Concarneau, Benodet...). On the ground floor, a large 40 m² living room with fully equipped kitchen. There is also a large bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs on the mezzanine, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed. We offer dinner and/or breakfast, on request.

The house is well-equipped, the beds will be made upon your arrival, and towels and kitchen linens are provided. To access it, you will take 4 large steps. All local shops are 800 m away. Our main residence is on the same property (Dogs accepted upon request)
