Η είσοδος στο χώρο του διαμερίσματος είναι ιδιωτική για τους καλεσμένους. Το σπίτι απέχει 3' με το αμάξι από την παραλία και 6' απο το κέντρο. Με αμάξι η απόσταση από το αεροδρόμιο είναι 17' και 5' από το λιμάνι της Ραφήνας. Η περιοχή της Αρτέμιδας είναι δημοφιλής τόπος για water sports (SUP, Windsurfing, kitesurfing).

1960's summer house - atelier of the famous greek painter Spyros Vassiliou, located in Eretria. The apartment (100sq m) is on the 2nd floor and it is fully autonomous. Α 1,000 sq m garden is available for activities and relaxation. Located in a quite part of the town of Eretria 150m from the sea, 200m from the main coastal road (restaurants, cafes, bakerys etc) and 950m from the port. The house is on Spyros Vassiliou str., named after the painter by the municipality of Eretria in his memory.

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida, half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away (11 km). You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (minimum depth 1.2m maximum depth 2m). A car is necessary.
