Luxury Villa with Triplex Private Pool

You can relax as a family in this peaceful accommodation, which can be considered beachfront in the most beautiful location of the region. We have a restaurant and a walking path on the beach. TV, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, iron and all kitchen utensils are available. Wifi is available. Reservations are not accepted except for families and couples. As shown in the pictures in this ad, the upper duplex floor of the house will be rented out. The upper and lower floors are independent apartments with different entrances and exits. The pool is used by two apartments.

There are 2 bedrooms available for 4 people and another 1 person on a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is not rented to party organizers. Enjoy your vacation with us. Please note that the pool is open depending on the season.

Brand new 1+1 apartment with pool in a building complex in Limonlu

Our apartment is in Erdemli Limonlu and has a sea view. Our pool is full between June 15 and September 7. There is a playground and barbecue on the site. All rooms are air-conditioned. It is very close to historical and touristic places. The apartment is brand new and the furniture is also brand new. There is an L-shaped sofa that can be turned into a double bed and a foldable floor bed. It is 100 meters from the sea and is on the D-400 highway.
