This place is perfectly located near the University. Well within walking distance to Texan Alley. Very nice inside and outside, well taken care of. Spacious. There were 7 of us that stayed there and we still had plenty of room. Tammy was very nice during our communication and provided us with everything we needed to know about the place. Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to stay in Stephenville for a few days and has a family that needs space or a gathering for an event.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Stephenville home! The house is perfectly located on a golf course. The master bedroom and extra bedrooms offered great accommodations, making our stay so relaxing. The house was very well-stocked, and the pool table, dart board and games were a fun bonus! The big backyard was perfect for relaxing and for your pets. Highly recommend this gem! We will definitely stay again!

Need more than 5 Stars for this visit. Courtney is a wonderful host. The house is exactly how you see it in the pictures and so very clean. Courtney has thought of every little detail to make your stay effortless. Awesome coffee bar, comfortable beds, charging station in the bedrooms, information about the town and the historic house and so much more. Location is fabulous - who doesn't love the short walking distance to the delicious Wiseman House Chocolates? We had a delightful time visiting Hico and staying at this little Home in Hico.

Our stay in the country cabin was just what we needed to celebrate 32 years of marriage. We loved the porches, one in back and another in front of the cabin. We were very pleased with the extras, spa robes, sourdough bread and eggs and a variety of coffee to mention a few. Our hosts were so friendly and accommodating! Very peaceful and relaxing!

This ranch house was amazing! We had everything we might possibly need to throw a small graduation party for our daughter! We loved the peaceful surroundings. We will be back next time we are in Stephenville. Very accommodating and worth the money spent! 👍🏽👍🏽. Thank you, Cassie!

Our stays at Ashley’s place was very nice. Its location in Hico is just one black from shopping and restaurants so easily walkable. The house is comfortable and had every thing we needed. It is decorated so nice with an elegant country flair. We enjoyed our weekend in Hico.

I would like to send my sincere thank you to David and his wife for being so easy and accommodating while trying to get a place for some friends of mine that lost everything in a recent storm. I will always recommend to any of my friends or clients coming to town needing a place to stay while looking for a home or here for an event. I give them 5 stars all day.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. We absolutely loved the loungers overlooking the creek—so peaceful and relaxing. We spent hours just watching turtles and hummingbirds. The host even had s’mores kits waiting for us, which were a godsend since we forgot our snack bag. There was also filtered water ready in the fridge when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch. I have to highlight the hummingbirds again—they were my favorite part. They flitted through the trees right in front of us and zipped overhead. Just beautiful. We’ll definitely be back for another quiet weekend.

Very peaceful, very nice and clean, beds were comfortable, first time using Airbnb and I can honestly say Kason is a great way to leave those hotels and get right to where home is at. Will continue to use Kason when traveling and I’m thankful he had me and my family at that beautiful cabin of his. Also, very secluded and quiet cabin, it’s good to see nature and not cities and to wake up to Mother Nature next to you!

This was a great location directly between Dublin and Stephenville. Both towns were equal distant away. We had a great peaceful and quiet stay here at the cabin. The cabin was a great size for our small family of 4 (a toddler and baby). We enjoyed getting to go outside and adventure down the dirt road. If we’re ever around this area again we will stay here again.

had an absolutely amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could possibly need. The little touches—like fresh coffee, cozy blankets. The location was perfect, close to campus, yet peaceful enough to relax after a long day. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations that made my trip even better. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish home away from.
