Located on a quiet rural road just 7 miles north of Stephenville, this newly remodeled home is on a pond and has wooded acreage. The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

Come visit Oakdale! You will enjoy your stay in this quiet, serene property with all the amenities you could ask for in a smaller home. The Oakdale won’t disappoint with its large kitchen island, gas stove, fully stocked kitchen and full size bathroom with laundry. Comfy on the inside with great views all around on the outside and just a quick drive from the northside of Stephenville. Covered parking and an automatic gate means you won’t long for much here even if the weather turns wet.

A deer feeder is located on the property and several deer come to the feeder each night. The inside is so homy and wonderful. The RV is located in a very safe neighborhood, with a beautiful park and walking trail minutes away! H-E-B and Walmart, Tarleton State University, about 5 minutes. House has been updated with modern features, and has an exceptional view. The water is just a short walk, down the hill. There is a chain link fence, to provide a safe environment for children.
