Our home was just 7-8 minutes away by car from all the amenities of Aspravalta and only a 2-3 minute walk to the sea. We spend 7 days there and we found everything needed in the house. The open-plan living room had a large table that was perfect for both dining and working. The bedroom was thoughtfully and stylishly decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. All the linens were spotless, almost like brand new. Waking up every morning to a nearly 180-degree view of the sea and the Halkidiki mountains, and being able to look at that view any chance we got during the day, made us so so happy. With its stunning view, spacious living room and balcony, and breathtaking sunsets, we spent an unforgettable 7 days here. If I had to summarize this stay, I would describe it as peace, tranquility, and hope. We’re truly happy to have met our wonderful hosts, Martha and Joannis and their lovely boys. The house is in pristine condition, very clean and equipped with everything needed for vacationing. Beach, shopping and evening activities are a 3-minute walk away. Communication with Antonis was flawless. A warm welcome from Antonis' mother Fotini and his brother Jannis awaited us upon arrival. There was a briefing incl. a tour of the house and cold drinks (water, juice, wine) were provided for us. We felt very comfortable and give a 100% recommendation! Thank you so much for everything 🫶🏻

Nice appartment on the first floor of a villa, 10 minutes easy walk to the beach and 3 minutes to the nearby supermarkets. Kind and warmhearted host, I recommend this place for family holidays.

The place is super comfortable and kids-friendly. Tzuliana is amazing host and you can feel right at home. The house and the garden are well cared for and really beautiful.

Communication with the hosts was exceptional: always helpful, always available, and consistently friendly. The property is situated in a quiet and beautiful area with a breathtaking view that amazed us every day. We especially enjoyed the well-maintained pool, which had a pleasant temperature and was perfect for relaxation. We received a very warm welcome, and the pre-stocked fridge was a wonderful touch that allowed us to relax and enjoy our first day without the need to rush out for groceries. The new and high-quality air conditioning in both bedrooms ensured comfortable nights. From the moment we arrived, we felt very much at ease here. The personal touch really stood out - when we were given fresh, homegrown figs, it felt like a particularly warm gesture. We highly recommend this accommodation and would happily return whenever we have the chance!
