Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

Located just minutes off Route 222 and just a few miles from gas stations, Walmart, grocery stores and restaurants. The town of Ephrata, Shady Maple Smorgasbord, Ephrata Cloister & Green Dragon Farmers Market all approx 10 minute drive from the home. Within 30 minutes to Sight and Sound Theaters, Lancaster Shopping Outlets, and Amish Attractions. There is no TV. Wifi is available for your use.

There is a seasonal bike rental shed at the trail parking lot! If you'd like more excitement, Lancaster, Hershey, the outlets, and 'Amish' attractions are only 15-40min!

FYI -If you are bringing your pet, the fee is $5 per night for extra cleaning .We love longer stays and offer a 5% discount for 7 days and 10% for 30 days! Come relax and enjoy the view!
