A lovely home with great facilities and views. We were 5 adults and never felt in each others space. Hot tub, sauna and wood fire were a great addition too!

Our stay here has been wonderfull! Fabienne is a friendly host and gave us tips about the region. The house itself met our expectations and correponds very well with the advertisement. Its good to know that the host does not speak English very well. This was not a problem for us, but might be for some others. Its also good to mention there are 3 seperate bedrooms, the other beds (4) are together on the first floor. All in all we had a lot of fun and the house is suitable for big groups. Thank you very much to Fabiënne!

We had a great stay. The accommodation had everything we needed for a great vacation. We had the opportunity to enjoy a large part of the estate, which was more than welcome with our dog (he had the best vacation). Very close to Lake Paladru, we spent our time between the lake and the pool. Brigitte advised us on good restaurant tips around the lake to conclude a relaxing stay. Thanks again for everything!

Fabien's apartment has many small lovingly furnished details that make your stay very pleasant. The associated pool area is perfect for relaxing in warm summer days. Fabien and his partner are very courteous and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the creative game table. Highly recommend:)

The apartment is not only spacious and comfortable, but it is also perfectly located to enjoy the lake. The view from the accommodation is simply magnificent. Plus, the hot tub was a real delight after a day of hiking. Dominique and Albert were very welcoming and available, informing us about local places. In short, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place.

Lesley was very nice. The house and the surroundings are wonderful. There's only peace and quiet. House spacious, clean, with lots of light... you can feel the love put by Lesley. Our two dogs had a great time and were able to meet the other pets in the house. Thank you so much

if you want to decompress, you're in the right place. Very cute apartment super well decorated, from hosts to the little care. Very clean and amenities at the top fondue machine,coffee maker, microwave, oven and so on. A very nice view surrounded by mountains. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at Fred's place during a weekend hiking with our dog 🐶 The accommodation was very clean, the bedding very comfortable, we highly recommend this place! Small bonus, for its location, close to lots of walks. ☺️ Although we couldn't see Fred when we arrived, the phone contact was very friendly and the instructions were very accurate! Thank you again 😇

Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy accommodation, it feels almost like home. Roberta is very friendly and very available as needed. The proximity to the center of Annecy is a big plus. I recommend it!

We had a great time with the family at this vacation rental. The place is cozy, quiet and relaxing. We arrived in November so the activities offered in the area were rarer, which is normal but not what we were looking for. We were able to enjoy beautiful walks with the autumn colors and the tranquility of the area. We were hosted very well and our host was always available to advise us and make sure our stay went smoothly. The visit to the farm and its quirky animals was a treat for the kids. Cottage in a peaceful environment 30 minutes from the ski resorts of Margeriaz and Semnoz. Ideal for 4 people. A nearby bakery offers excellent bread and good fruit tarts. Sébastien is responsive and the instructions are very clear.
