Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE: 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.

The studio is located on the ground floor of our house. Pleasant 40 m² living room, on the ground floor with south-facing terrace and mountain views. You are 15 minutes from Aix-les-Bains and 30 minutes from Annecy. 8 minutes by car, you have shops and restaurants in Grésy-sur-Aix. Available, a fully equipped kitchen area, a Senseo coffee maker with soft pods, and a kettle. Linens and towels are included. Ideal for a couple.

Countryside stay in an unpretentious private 50m2 garden level. Ideal for nature-loving athletes. The owners live on the upper floor but are very discreet. The cottage is located near Lac du Bourget. Here no Wi-Fi or TV but books and board games . Our cottage does NOT ACCEPT ANIMALS. Ready for a 3 seater canoe, but provide roof bars for transportation . Initiation to caving (for a fee) .no electric charging.

Small studio located below our house. 3 km from Lake Bourget, Hautecombe Abbey and 10 km from Chanaz. Guests can enjoy magnificent views and the tranquility of the countryside. Accommodation ~35 m2 and a private terrace. A kitchen, a shower room, 1 bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. Finnish bath at extra cost, privatized evening or day.
