Very clear instructions. Apartment in a very good location. Photos that are true to life. We had a nice family weekend in Aix-les-Bains.

Awesome place to stay! Perfect central location for the Grand Colombier and Lac du Bourget. Garage for bike storage, private parking and beautifull terrace with view directly on the Grand Colombier. Would definitely come back again!

Very good stay at Géraud and Marie-Gabrielle's place. Warm welcome and very comfortable and well appointed studio. Good bedding and nice decor!

We absolutely loved Anna & Pierre's place, it was such a treat waking up to that view every morning and it was even better than the photos. Anna gave us loads of recommendations before we arrived and check in / check out was seamless. The area was so peaceful and we had a great night's sleep as the curtains made it very dark at night. We hired a car and drove around the lake, which was a particular highlight. Can't recommend this place enough!! Hope to be back one day :)

Pleasant, spacious and clean accommodation with exceptional views of the lake. Everything is tastefully and carefully decorated. Two friendly outdoor spaces with views that also lead to relaxation. Eric and Anne are very friendly, responsive and discreet hosts.

At first glance, the building looks like an American motel. But once the door opens, you enter the best in terms of housing. Extraordinary view with the many windows in the living room, quality interior design, tasteful decoration. Everything is perfect from floor to ceiling. If we come back to the area, there is no doubt that we will return to this accommodation. Thank you again for this quality welcome.

Quiet accommodation, great location: easy access to Aix-les-Bains and Chambéry as well as Annecy, as well as Le Semnoz, Lescheraines, Aillon, Margeriaz and Le Revard. Very well equipped, up to the dishwasher and the plancha, as well as its 2 terraces. Friendly, welcoming, available hosts, doing everything possible to optimize our stay, while remaining discreet.

Beautiful apartment, spacious, bright, well arranged, very clean and tastefully decorated! The view of the lake is even more beautiful than the photos and the terrace a real asset. Our stay was too short, but we will be happy to come back if we have the opportunity, especially since the area was a beautiful discovery.

Very good choice of accommodation if you want to go on vacation / weekend in Aix-les-Bains! Accommodation just a 5-minute walk from the city center and all shops, a 10-minute walk from the train station. Street parking is available and is quite easy.

The place was absolutely wonderful! It was very peaceful and quiet. The town was walkable. Laurence was kind enough to offer transportation whenever we needed it and she helped us navigate the French train system and setting up restaurant reservations. The place was very clean. The hot tub and sauna were nice as well and very private! She made the experience of being in France very authentic; she definitely went above and beyond a typical AirBNB host.
