Everything was perfect, from check-in to check-out. Guilherme is extremely attentive, super comfortable apartment, organized, faithful to the photos and everything is very clean. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Joinville.

Excellent accommodations, good quality bed and bath linens, all in good taste, excellent beds and the hostess is very organized and attentive. The difficulties are the location in a town like Joinville where everything is very spread out and we did not want to ride with our car also due to the difficulty of parking in the city, in addition to the lack of commerce nearby. But if the guest wants to get around by car or hasn't gone by plane, it's perfect.

Excellent stay. I stayed after surgery, and the team was extremely helpful. Due to surgery, I needed more pillows and blankets, the team promptly assisted me. Very clean place, impeccable towels and linens, still in post-wash plastic. Full kitchen, comfortable sofa that opens. Excellent stay.

Great space, everything went smoothly, there was no intercom, which made the Airbnb experience a little laborious.

The apartment is great, quiet, everything as shown in the photos, I loved staying, there was a pharmacy, supermarket nearby to walk to.

The house is as advertised in the photos, comfortable, clean, spacious, excellent location, very close to the beach, and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and we also had the beach kit: chairs and umbrellas. Our family experience was great! The house is large, clear and airy and very well behaved my family. The air conditioning works perfectly and left the whole house fresh. We have a two-year-old son and there was plenty of room in the bed (queen) for us to sleep on three, and even then the hostess included an extra mattress at no additional cost. In particular, I loved the kitchenware (AM table placed), our only difficulty was the size of the pans, but other than that the house has all the structure for us to sleep and cook on the spot and is very close to the beach. It also has all the beach items available for 4 people — which has freed up a lot of space in our car. Vany is one of the best hosts I've ever had, she was a lot of requests and gave great recommendations. We love and we will definitely be back.

Excellent hosting! Keila was very friendly and attentive from start to finish, with clear guidance and attention to the smallest details. The house is excellent and served me and my family perfectly. Great space, with lots of bathrooms and a cozy outdoor area. The location is great, with shops nearby and a beach you can walk to. It was a delight to spend the holiday hosted here, and we will certainly come back other times. I highly recommend it!!!

Mr. Sherman's house is fantastic, everything is very well organized. Bed, bath and table linens helped us a lot. House without any problems, everything working normally, very well-equipped kitchen. I would like to thank Mr. Sherman for his attention, always quick to respond to messages and answer questions. I recommend his house to everyone, we have nothing to complain about! I hope to be able to rent more often. Remembering that there are 5 en-suites, it's super hard to find a house or apartment like this. Each with its own room and bathroom is wonderful. Days in quality family!!! Having the sea right in front of you is very comfortable even more with children , sand soiled we go in the shower to take rsrsrs all my family loved ❤️ host responds super fast And resolve if anything was requested.

It is a spacious and comfortable house, located very close to Prainha (the beach we liked the most in San Francisco do Sul); a very safe, quiet and family area. The place had everything described in the listing, and the WIFI worked very well. The house's kitchen is very spacious and complete. It also has a comfortable grill in the garage area. The house turned out to be more beautiful than the expectations we had created from what we saw in the photos, and it is also located near downtown and Enseada beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always willing to help us during our stay.

Undoubtedly one of the most attentive hosts I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Compact apartment, but complete with everything and very comfortable. I highly recommend it.
