Absolutely loved my stay in the Zona Colonial! The apartment was charming, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. It’s perfectly located within walking distance to all the historic sites, cafes, and vibrant streets. Maitee was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The neighborhood has such a lively, authentic vibe, and I felt very safe exploring around. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the rich culture and history of Santo Domingo. Would definitely stay here again!

The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was great to have hot water since it’s not common in the DR! The beds were comfortable. The AC units worked great. It was really helpful to have complimentary cleaning and laundry services. We enjoyed the back patio! It was really helpful to have the backup generator. It’s well integrated into the system.

We loved staying at Susanne's place! The home is quite big and spacious with high ceilings. The location is excellent and walkable to everywhere in Zona Colonial. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the many fans around the house because it was super hot in DR! The A/Cs in the bedroom were excellent and they do get nice and chilly (always remember to keep all doors and windows closed). The washer/dryer were wonderful to have (although be a little careful as it is right next to the beautiful pool). Susanne was helpful and always ready to help (e.g. offering to bring additional equipment when the wifi wasn't strong in the dining room area). It was also a nice touch to have cleaning service stop by one day. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also felt very safe. A little noise on some nights from next door music but nothing too bad. Bathrooms were spacious (hot water always came back even when shower was running for a little while). Highly recommend! Beautiful home!

Loved staying at Antonio’s place! Everything was clean. He was communicative and responded quickly. The lobby receptionist were also friendly. I traveled with my toddler daughter and I loved the children’s area and the pool in case any other families are traveling. The only thing was the loud music blasting all night on saturday past 3am 🙃 Something to be mindful about if you’re traveling with kids. Definitely will consider staying here again once I’m back in the city. Thank you so much for the hospitality🙏

I had a great 3 night visit at La Casita. Patricia is extremely helpful as a host. The unit was exactly as I expected and the location is ideal, within a few blocks of the best restaurants and bars in the Zona. All 3 AC units operated perfectly to provide a comfortable sleeping climate. As a pet owner, I truly appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the 3 minute walk to a large park perfect for exercising your dog. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very accurate pictures. Extremely well stocked kitchen, perfect for a long stay. The gym has good equipment, unless you want very heavy weights in which case there is a commercial gym across the road. Most of the receptionists are friendly. Very central flat but with this comes heavy traffic so you’ll have to plan accordingly. Checking into the flat was a bit chaotic but worked out in the end. Lovely swimming pool with a view of the city.

Everything was very clean and the place is super beautiful, all the appliances are like new, very clean bathrooms, extra towels, also extra towels for the pool, the air conditioning is very cold 1000/10. The hot water was perfect, the bed was comfortable with extra pillows. A beautiful view in the social area of the pool, the super comfortable parking to enter, it had water to drink, shampoo, bath gel, conditioner available in both bathrooms, very comfortable arrival at the place, a very central place!️ Many dishes to use, everything super clean and super easy to take out the trash, everything very tidy in the tower and super safe. I would definitely come back✨️

Kath’s place was very comfortable located in the heart of Piantini very close to Naco. That added a great plus to our stay since we love to walk to all the nice restaurants near by and even get our groceries in the supermarket was a breeze. Everything was close to our place. The spot was in perfect conditions, Kath is a super host. She was very responsive and very attentive with us. We handle great communication our whole trip and very respectful. The description of the place I found it exactly as it was describe in the Airbnb app. I will definitely book again her place once I come back to Santo Domingo!
