A lovely cozy and comfortable apartment in a good location with beautiful views. Aksel was very responsive, helpful and up for a chat. The sauna was very enjoyable too. We would like to visit again.

This place was really cosy and comfortable and worked very well for a family stay. It was equipped with all of the basics which was very handy, and had everything we needed. The drying rack was very helpful to dry our snow boots and the sauna was much enjoyed. Beautiful snowy garden and a great location, just 5 minutes drive from the town.

We enjoyed the stay very much. For us it was perfect 12 days. Very nice apartment, quiet location, very nice view over Ylläsjarvi and much more, perfectly furnished with sauna, ski room, drying cabinet, etc. Everything is easily accessible for skiing, cross-country skiing, etc. We were traveling without a car, so by public transport. The ski bus does not run so often, you have to plan a bit if you want to go somewhere. Taxi is a good alternative in an emergency. We will always remember our stay in Ylläs.

A functional and comfortable stay, everything you need was found, and the layout was really functional. The kitchen was brand new, it was nice to cook! The host responded quickly to messages and all the instructions were clear. Highly recommended!

Excellent location short walking distance from Levi center, yet very peaceful and spacious (at least for 4 people). Listening to the noise of the after ski in the center, we were happy to live further away. Owner very responsive and sign in with key box very easy. Good instructions in advance both in Finnish and in English. One bedroom down stairs (double bed), two bedrooms upstairs (2 x twin). Both floors have their own toilets. Bathroom/sauna separate. Also little "play room" upstairs which could also with a desk be an office for remote work. Could fit in a baby bed, not more. Drying cabinet for ski stuff, kitchen very well equipped. Living room area spacious with high sealing & big tv. We didn't use the fire place. The only minus is limited space for storing clothing, no space for wardrobes in the bed rooms. Blinders but no way to fully block light from the bed rooms. We appriciated the dish washer and the washing machine.

We had a great time at Jesper's place. The house is spacious, very nice, you immediately feel very good there. The environment is very beautiful, for walks and hikes, we loved it. And then there's Jesper's kindness and good advice. It's nice to have a warm welcome. This is a place where we'll be happy to come back, and we highly recommend it. Real happiness!

Perfect for outdoor vacations.

Great cottage, very clean and all the basic needs are ready. In winter, someone might miss a drying cabinet, but since we didn't need it, we don't complain about anything. There was plenty of room for two adults and three schoolchildren. I highly recommend this cottage to everyone!

We had a great stay, the apartment was great, with a fine view. It was very well equipped for self-catering, as well as being comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for our ski trip. The shovel was much appreciated on the first day, as it had snowed a lot!

Suvi's property is ideal both for families or small groups of friends travelling together. The large and modern living room overlooking the woods is the highlight; we visited in the winter and wished the weather was poor to have an excuse and stay indoors. The property offers great privacy and sits in a tranquil side road with lots of space, though it's just a stone's throw from the lake and under five minutes from the nearest cafes, restaurants, the shopping centre and the other amenities. Suvi's been very responsive. Upon check-in we found the house beyond clean. Would love to return and definitely recommend.

A fantastic, fully equipped property in a magical forest location. The kitchen and all the utensils contained in it offer the possibility of a fully independent self-catering, the bedroom as well as the beds are cozy, the indoor sauna provides limitless relaxation and washing machine as well as dryers allow textile care if you return home after challenging hikes or sports activities. Päivi is also a host as a guest could ask for: infinitely lovable and friendly, always good to reach and charming in communication. We therefore lacked nothing during our stay and we would be happy to be Päivi's guests again at any time and recommend Päivi's cottage without reservation. Convenient accommodation to the supermarket and restaurants, two minutes from the entrance of the cross-country slopes, quiet area. Very clean when we arrive, it has everything you need for a great stay! Johanna was very friendly in her responses and quick to support! Highly recommended for those of us who have done a week of cross-country skiing on these wonderful slopes!

The cottage was spacious and the perfect accommodation for 4 nights for a holiday in Kilpisjärvi. The spacious terrace of the cottage was good for barbecuing using the portable fireplace on the terrace while watching the magnificent views of Kilpisjärvi. I'd love to stay again!

Easy to find place in the centre of great skiing. Other skiing areas also easy to access by ferry or car. Good work shop if needed for servicing ski gear. Accommodation was very clean and recently renovated. kitchen was well equipped. Great spot for skiing, ice climbing and hiking. Very kind and helpfull hosts.
