Unsere Ferienwohnung ist ruhig und zentral gelegen in einem Wohngebiet mit angrenzendem Wald. Sie ist ca. 75 m² groß, befindet sich in der zweiten Etage unseres Hauses und bietet Platz und Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu 6 Personen. Sie besteht aus einer Wohnküche mit Blick auf die Kluterthöhle. Das Wohnzimmer lädt mit einem großen Sofa sowie einem Kamin zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Zudem gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer, eine Spieleecke für Kinder sowie einen Schreibtisch & WLan fürs Home-Office.

We warmly welcome you to our cosy flat. The flat is located in a quiet no-through road with enough parking spaces in the beautiful Hagen-Emst district. This stylish accommodation with over 90 square meters of space is perfect for group travel, couples or if you like it a little more spacious. From here you can easily reach many surrounding big cities such as Dortmund, Wuppertal, Düsseldorf or Cologne by train. The flat is very well located - both central but still quiet! You can reach the train station in less than 10 minutes. In about 5 minutes you can reach our small center and also many shopping opportunities.

Apartment in the village of Gevelsberg - close to the center - 300 m

Our bright, cozy and inexpensive non-smoking apartment awaits you in the former Stiftamtmannshaus in sight of the Saure restaurant, the old grain distillery and the music school. In the immediate vicinity is a small grocery store, the elementary school Am Strückerberg, the Church of the Redeemer, a savings bank and about 300 m away the attractive Gevelsberg city center with retail, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets... The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.

The apartment in our single-family house you rent for yourself. Here we have connected a new router. Now there is the latest WiFi technology WIFI 6. The 50sqm with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. A separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40 x2m) and walk-in closet. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Vacation home in Beyenburg

The apartment is quietly located and thus offers pure relaxation! The furnishings are stylish & modern. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can easily & quickly conjure up your favorite food. The modern bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating and thus offers the ideal conditions for a relaxing shower. Towels are ready for you. The large TV is great for relaxing movie nights on the sofa. Wi-Fi is included for you in the apartment.

Plenty of space & plenty of sun

Our bright, spacious apartment is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house on the outskirts of Schwelm, surrounded by lots of green space and close to the forest. The historic fountain house and Martfeld Castle are within walking distance in 10 or 20 minutes, as well as three beautiful playgrounds, a small soccer field and the forest with beautiful hiking trails. There are also two supermarkets and a beverage market close by.

Lindenhaeuschen

Small detached lodge - just finished - with a spacious terrace, bar-kitchen inside the living-/bedroom and separate bathroom for 2 persons. Hike into the nature in only 600 m and in 2,8 km is the next dam (lake). Next grocery store 250 m, next restaurants, bakery and takeaway in vicinity (350 m). Next big city for shopping tours 12 km. After consultation it`s possible to use the garden and do a barbecue.

Vacation home Nelkenweg

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A covered terrace is at your disposal to relax. A highlight is the wide view over Ennepetal. Take excursions to the Kluterthöhle, just a 15-minute walk. Many signposted hiking trails and mountain bike trails start directly at the apartment. In neighboring Wuppertal, there is the suspension railway and the zoo as well as many other attractions.
