This is a 2LDK apartment with all new system kitchen, washstand, bath, toilet, air conditioner, wallpaper, furniture, appliances, and lighting. There is a large 50-inch TV in the living room and a 40-inch TV in the bedroom. The entrance to the building is equipped with security cameras, there is an intercom with a monitor at the front door, a fire alarm system throughout the building, all electric power, and floor heating in the winter for the safety of children. There is also free wifi. USB outlets. Work was carried out in December 2019 to replace the hot water tank with a hot water boiler. There is no need to worry about hot water.

Would be able to have relaxing time and good sleep in bed rooms have Japanese traditional tatami and shoji (sliding paper door).
