Great apartment in a great location. Lovely with afternoon sun and evening sun on the terrace. Great views of Puerto Rico and the beach. Only a negative factor: terrible smell in the bathroom from the drain in the shower.

We enjoyed an excellent holiday in Nico's apartment, which was exactly as described and as seen in the photos and in a good location in San Agustin. Nico and Joe were great hosts and Joe responded quickly to any questions we had The apartment is ideal for a couple, with a good-sized, south-facing balcony for dining, relaxing and sunbathing. Private and peaceful (in March) but only a few minutes walk to all amenities - bars, restaurants, the beach and two well-stocked and competitively-priced supermarkets. The lovely communal pool is just across the road, where there's also a good bar/diner. The lively Playa Del Ingles is half an hours walk away along the prom and the Maspalomas Dunes just a little further. For the more adventurous, the bus stop is 100 metres or so from the apartment. The local bus service - Global - is cheap, clean, efficient and easy to navigate. We recommend a trip to the beautiful Puerto De Mogan. Thanks for your hospitality, Nico and Joe. We hope to return.

The apartment was absolutely ideal for 2 people and was well equipped. Lovely view from the balcony where we watched beautiful sunset. Gabor was the perfect host and we give him and the apartment our best recommendations.

The place seemed ideal for a few nights. The stay is small but both the room and the toilet are very spacious and spacious. It was very clean everything. Magdalena made it very easy for us to arrive with directions and recommendations. We would definitely recommend the stay.

Great place in a great location, everything we needed for self catering. Brilliant stock of pots pans and utensils. A lovely bottle of wine and water in the fridge too on arrival! Pool area very quiet, no rush for sun beds. Lovely bars and restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend!

Very nice and spacious accommodation. Modern, clean and with tasteful furnishings, both indoors and outdoors. Quiet area with a few minute walk to the beach. Nice neighbors who made us feel welcome, were extra good. Jesus was always on hand when we had some thought. He also met us when we checked in. We really enjoyed the stay! Calm small neighbourhood a km from Taoro beach, Amadores beach another km walk away. You need a car to stay here since there are no stores within walking distance. But with a car Puerto Rico is close. There was some issues with entering the pool area, but Saskia could open remotely and always responded quickly when needed. The terrace is absolutely lovely!

An excellent house and perfect for a holiday. It is very clean, a good location and complete with everything you may need. Daniel and Claudia are great and very quick to help with any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

I enjoyed my stay. Clem was easy to contact. Whilst a little worried about electronic locks, this worked very well and meant I didn’t need to take out any keys. Bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well supplied whilst there were welcome goodies on arrival. The garden gets the sun from morning til an hour before sunset.

Villa was amazing, best place we have stayed at in 10 yrs of visiting Canary Islands. House was spotless, great kitchen with everything we needed, plenty of space and facilities for family of four for 2 weeks.Sun at the front in the morning and at the rear in afternoon . Located in a residential area which was very quiet. Loved having meals outside in the well equipped space at rear of house. Pool was immediately next door and only used by us. Agent was great, let us check in early which was a bonus. We liked walking so great location for us in sonnenland, 10 mins to local spar, 20 mins to mercado or Aldi, 35 mins to main beach at maspolomas. Bus stop at end of street for trips to villages along coast.Very comfortable accommodation and not dated at all. Would highly recommend this villa and would love to return next year.

The only downside is the noise of traffic in two bedrooms at night and a narrower bed together. The apartment has a comfortable space for a stay. Parking lot always available in front of the door. The drying rack inside is missing.

Great welcome from the hosts with a nice surprise of a bowl of fruit to help us settle in. The house was spotlessly clean including the outside area. Plenty of parking nearby and a shop opposite to get your daily needs.

This bungalow is a real gem! Super comfortable and totally private. The garden is beautiful and a sun trap- but with shaded areas too. The shared pool is a few seconds away. It felt very peaceful there and yet you’re only 5 minutes from the Yumbo. I would 100% stay there again. Marcos and Carlos were very welcoming and helpful.

We had a great stay at this beautiful bungalow, the location, the amenities just everything was perfect! Zen and Wolfgang were so incredibly sweet and accommodating, we felt right at home. The location is right on the sea with a wonderful view! We will definitely come back here, absolutely recommended!!!

We had a great stay here! So convenient for the Yumbo centre, you could hop in a quick cab to Maspalomas lighthouse/ the beach. Alex and Jorge were amazing hosts- great communication. Really responsive and accommodating. Thanks so much 🙏🥳!

Maria was an outstanding host. She was extremely responsive and super helpful and friendly. The flat is perfectly situated, close to many bars, restaurants and even the beach. The pool was pristine and there was no issues ever finding a nice sun lounger to relax on. I highly recommend this accommodation!

I've been to Eugenio's apartment many times. The bathroom has been renovated and in the living room there are two new tables. Just 10 minutes to the beach. The bus stop is around the corner. A small supermarket is opposite. Just 5 minutes to the Kasbah. Overall, a quiet and well-kept complex.

Definitely one of the best places I've been able to stay. The bungalow is beautiful, just as it appears in the pictures, I would say even better, and the host is very attentive and willing to make everything easy. I will definitely be staying here again :)

Great stay at Jurga's apartment. Like described and on the pictures. Good communication. The apartment is a good central place to reach a lot of other sightseeing places. We had a rental car, but there's also a bus station in walking distance. Apartment is up on a hill - great overview about the sea and beaches. Was awesome having breakfast or dinner on the balcony. Can recommend. Also the "Cave Bar" on top of the building (next to one of the 7 pools) was great. The owner Marcus always prepared nice things for you when you do not want to cook on your own.

Excellent stay in a lovely little apartment where we lacked nothing! Beautiful garden and a pool to cool down! able to walk to the beach, shop, restaurants, small mall across the road. Greatly appreciated to allow our furry friends 🥰🐶🐶 and very sweet gesture to bring fresh bread every morning!
