We have to warn you that at the moment there is construction work being carried out next to the apartment, so it may generate noise during working hours. Sorry for the inconvenience Cozy penthouse located at the top of the island, with a large, fully independent, sunny terrace with stunning panoramic views of the mountain (west) and the sea (east). A very nice and quiet place. The studio is independent, spacious and well furnished.

We booked this place very spontaneously. Linda sent us all the necessary information via Messenger immediately after booking. No questions remained unanswered and Linda was always easily accessible. Parking is often available a few meters away on the street. If this is not the case, there is a parking area about 5-10 minutes' walk away. The place was clean and is large enough for 2 people. The highlight, however, was the magnificent view of the sea and the beach. We would book the place again.

Antonio is a great host. He is welcoming, helpful and discrete. He always inquired about our comfort in the bungalow. The bungalow is clean, tidy and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the patio. It’s cosy and comfortable. In this Christmas period, Antonio had decorated the bungalow in a very warm way which made it really comfy. Definitely a place to recommend.

Absolutely loved it here, oerfect location for us and although centrally located nice and quiet inside complex. Pool was amazing and very quiet had it to ourselves all week. We had an amazing stay at Beates place. It is officially the best stay we ever had. The flat is equipped with everything you need. Balcony is great plus tho the flat. Instructions which we got from Beate were more than clear. Everything you need is on a walking distance: shops, restaurants, famous Jumbo centre, beach, bus stops.. absolutely everything. Whenever we come back again to Maspalomas, Beates place will be our first option. Absolutely all recommendation for this place.

Thank you for a personal welcome and for your help in organizing everything for us! Raul’s place is spotlessly clean, well equipped and private. A nice quiet complex with 3 pools, playground and bungalow has own terrace. Raul made us very welcome and even provided a baby bed, high chair and baby bath for our toddler which was very helpful. For us this was a perfect place to stay. Thank you for being a wonderful host! It is best to have a rental car to make it easy getting around to the beaches / sand dunes and local towns.
