Bungalow a 10 minutos caminando de Playa del Inglés en complejo tranquilo con piscina comunitaria. A 5 minutos caminando de centros comerciales como el Jumbo y otros. El bungalow tiene aparcamiento privado cubierto, terraza, jardín, ducha exterior, aire acondicionado, cocina completa, lavadora - secadora, televisión satélite, wifi y caja de seguridad. Se pueden quedar hasta 6 personas al disponer de sofá cama en el salón pero si son más de 4 personas hay que solicitar autorización previa.

Beautiful apartment with amazing view

The apartment is on the 8th floor of one of the tallest buildings in Playa del Inglés and offers a beautiful sea view. Since I also use it as a holiday and home-office space, it is furnished to a high standard with a good balance of storage and open space. My guests and I especially enjoy keeping the balcony door open in the morning to take in the view. Note: The building is centrally located and there is a road nearby – it can occasionally be heard when the balcony door is open.

Great flat at 3th floor( 4th real )of a retro building in second line of beach. No lift as this is a residential building and lifts are not common in this area and only required from 5th floor. Amazing sea view and just 1 min walk to the promenade and beach at lower level. The flat is completely new with air conditioning. Flat only for strict 2 people sharing the double bed. No extra people are allowed to stay over.
