We were greeted by Karen with extreme kindness and we feel very comfortable! The hostess left her personal contact and immediately responded to the questions that had arisen. The house is really beautiful and comfortable and I highlight the BBQ area, because of the rock that gives a special charm to the space. We passed a wonderful fds and will surely return!

Our entire stay was perfect. The house was very clean, very organized and super-equipped. The beach view is a spectacle, and the pool is also wonderful grills. Rodrigo was very attentive with all my doubts, and the Maria who receives us at the house is very dear and gave us several tips. We left already wanting to come back!. We had wonderful days and look forward to coming back soon!

Our accommodation was excellent! The house is comfortable, very good the location. Very pleasant environment with a lovely garden! My mother is special, she is in a wheelchair and we take a walk with her around because the neighborhood is very quiet. It is not everywhere that a special person has room, to walk a chair through the streets. The neighborhood's infrastructure is excellent. Mônica was very kind and attentive, and Lucélia welcomed us very well!

I wanted to thank Mr. Bira, great house, super cozy, clean and organized. He was super attentive to me and my friends, we went to the nearby beach and he indicated other nice places. In addition to helping us, we had a car problem and even though he was far away, he was able to help us. God bless you and I intend to come back again and again. In addition, in the house there is the barbecue, wood-burning stove, you can even make pizza haha, wonderful house I really liked it.

The space matched the listing, very beautiful view and lots of contact with nature! As an improvement, I point out the need to better clarify in the listing about the room being located on a hill, where access is quite narrow and can be difficult for some cars. I also point out the need for greater maintenance of the basic ingredients made available, as I ended up not being able to use them due to the lack of cleaning and replenishment.

The house is large, has 3 bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and extra mattresses, and one bedroom has an en-suite as shown in the photos. My family and I use the barbecue area a lot, it's an open and cool environment. The pool is not heated, but it didn't need to be, as the heat was so intense that the water was wonderful. Communication with Raphael was quick, check-in and check-out were very flexible. A good tip is to shop before arriving at the house, as the local market broke our branch, but the value is above average. I recommend staying at this accommodation!

The house has exceeded our expectations! Everything was exactly as in the pictures and described in the listing — beautiful, well-equipped and very comfortable. We didn't have any issues during the stay. The location is excellent, with markets and bakeries nearby, and the condominium is a charm, super well taken care of. We take great advantage of the pool, which is huge and wonderful, in addition to the game room, which has yielded great moments. The host was amazing: always attentive, quickly answered all our questions and was very helpful. Access to the condominium was simple and quick, and the staff of the condominium were very polite and friendly. We were driving, which made it easy to get to know more distant beaches — it was a perfect trip. We would definitely return!

Location: the house is not facing the beach, but the condominium does, only a few meters and is already on the beach, detail the beach is clean, beautiful and with strong waves. I find it interesting to mention that the house does not have a covered garage, so if it is raining it is a bit complicated especially at check-in and checkout time. Best stay I've ever had in Ilhabela! Gustavo's house is impeccable! Privileged location (5-minute walk to the beach), markets, pharmacies, kiosks and restaurants nearby. Wonderful silence, where we only heard the birds in the morning. The house is extremely clean and complete. Gustavo is great! The home of Carolina offers the best of both worlds: it is close to the beach, where it rolls quite agitated and is a delight to spend the day, while at the same time it offers a place surrounded by nature enough to be a refuge within another. In addition, the house is equipped with all the utensils we need, which made it very easy to just enjoy the space. Finally, air-conditioning in all the rooms is a differential, because the summer nights have been hot. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

The number 6 cottage that accommodated us is simply sensational! Everything new, tasteful and what a view!! We didn't want to leave the place anymore !
