Weitzel's home - "vaulted room" - studio

The vaulted room "little home" approx. 24 sqm, built around 1824, can be reached via the common courtyard and has a separate entrance including a bathroom with underfloor heating. Our home is 125 m from an organic shop, which also has a bakery counter. Ingelheim city center with shops, supermarkets etc. 820 m away. Vineyards and walking routes are 400 m from the house. Ingelheim is known for its wine. In summer, many wineries invite you to farm festivals with live music.

The country house "Anneliese" is very idyllically located above the small village of Engelstadt in Rheinhessen, surrounded by nature and good air. Here you and your family will find peace and quiet. Surrounded by nature reserves and also many wineries, short destinations are easily accessible on foot or by bike. Mainz, Wiesbaden, Eltville are approx. 20 minutes, Rüdesheim or Frankfurt in 30-40 minutes (by car). The apartment is in our detached house, with separate entrance and terrace and is suitable for families with up to 2 children.

You can expect a small place to stay in the middle of the beautiful wine village Schwabenheim an der Selz. The apartment has its own staircase from the courtyard and is very quiet. All around are great wineries, which invite you to many festivals, especially in the spring and summer. Schwabenheim is also a paradise for hikers and cyclists. Within walking distance of the apartment you can start beautiful hiking tours.

In the middle of Rheinhessen you will find our charming guest room (double or single room) with couch, armchair, large wardrobe. The adjoining hallway can also be used as a workplace. In the well-equipped kitchen, there is a fridge, coffee maker, hot water heater, dishwasher, stove, microwave and plenty of dishes. The daylight bathroom can be reached from your room, use only for you. Linens and towels are provided.
