Amazing location, fantastic host and very nice stay overall!

What an absolutely fantastic place to stay. Menaggio is an incredibly beautiful town with direct walking access to local hiking and the apartment was ideally located within easy walking distance from the square, boat and bus station. We could easily pop down for dinner and back or for a few groceries. Francesco and Luisa were very responsive and friendly - they went out of their way to make us feel at home, offered to pick us up from the boat and gave us a quick driving tour of the town. The check in was flexible, and they didn’t mind us arriving late as well as kindly letting us stay longer for a late check out! They gave recommendations of places to eat and kindly left some bubbles and snacks for us to use. The flat itself was spotless and very spacious with a gorgeous balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee in the sun with views of the surrounding mountains. Shower was hot and powerful. I highly recommend this apartment and its hosts and wish we could have stayed longer.

A lovely place. You will find yourself in an old Italian house, quite atmospheric. Constanza is a very nice lady! We enjoyed our stay, and liked breakfast much. The only thing to consider is that location is on a mountain, and you will have to go up and down a hill even if you have a car. It wasn’t an issue for us, but if you have little kids, or problems with knees you should think twice.

We had a great time staying at Rea and Benny's! They are extremely warm, welcoming and kind. We spent 5 nights with our 7-month-old baby and we felt at home. The accommodation is nice and the room is comfortable. Everything is beautifully decorated and furnished. It is also very well located, very close to the center and lots of restaurants nearby. Not to mention the beautiful view from bed, splendid! Breakfast was excellent, prepared in the early morning with a lot of love. Grazie mille Rea and Benny for hosting us and alla prossima!

We decided to go to Lake Como on 8/3/23. We had 2 rooms with balconies and incredible views and a big bathroom. The rooms were large and spotless and the bathroom shone. The view from the room is unique! Like a painting… Lori, a very warm person, welcoming, smiling, and always kind. She made us breakfast with local treats every day and asked if we needed anything extra. He advised us where to go and what to see. Of course, when I booked the house I thought I had the kitchen at my disposal, but it was probably my fault. Opposite the house, on the main street, there is a soupermarket as well as a gas station! Overall we had a great time and thank Lori for this!

Very cozy, clean and comfortable bed&breakfast, super close to the bus station to go to Laax’s ski lift. Geta was a great host! The communication was really easy and the breakfast was delicious, perfect to start the day full of energy :) Thanks a lot!!

We felt very comfortable in Marietta's place. Marietta was very helpful, straightforward and friendly. The rooms are extremely clean and beautiful. We would come back in a heartbeat :)

We recently stayed at Vilfredo's place, he is the owner of the property. I really appreciate the communication with the host, not the companies. We came for Easter holidays. The weather was very interesting. It was warm,it's a plus,then it rained, the clouds,then the ladybug. The weather was incredible. Vilfredo's place as my family was perfect. The views from the window are incredible. We are a very simple family who visited Colico. This house and the city ranks first in my top! I don't want to advertise. But those views are incredible. I love Italy,Italians,their culture ,their hospitality ,their cuisine. By the way, I recommend the restaurant "Bacco" incredibly tasty and affordable in prices. We are grateful for the opportunity to see the beauty🇮🇹.

What a great place to stay! Conveniently located to all the attractions and the railway. Christina is a very warm and helpful host. She recommended two great restaurants; made a booking on our behalf and also arranged a taxi. She made our stay personal and very easy. Highly recommend.

Even though I was only able to stay for one night at Massimo's place, I had the most wonderful time. Olcio is so beautiful and to experience it while living at Massimo's was such a blessing. Massimo was incredibly friendly and accommodating even for the brief time I was there. Such a funny and kind person. I will definitely be back to Olcio and Massimo's Casa Della Musica!

Michelas place was perfect!! Very clean and exactly as pictured. Michela was a wonderful host and gave us important info about the area, was very friendly, and helpful. The area was very walkable with good food and views. Would highly recommend!

Spent a lovely few days at Alice’s place. The room was spotless and the bed uber comfortable. Alice was kind and picked me up from the station, nothing was too much trouble. I’d thoroughly recommend a stay!

Josef's b&b is amazing! But not only that, everything perfect, from the welcome to check-out. I also recommend it for its proximity to wonderful hiking trails and walks that you can reach in less than 15 minutes by car!

We stayed at Villa Marguarita's B&B for two nights. That was enjoyable! The room is beautifully decorated with a combination of wood, glass and concrete. Everything finished with the utmost perfection. A true design dream for lovers of sleek and very comfortable design. The sauna is also delicious. Breakfast is fantastic with local fresh produce and crispy fresh bread, baked by Robert himself. Lovely people who take good care of you. Excellent tips for good restaurants (a lot in the village) and beautiful walks. We would love to come again!

The place and the room were very nice and invited you directly to feel good - we lacked nothing! Breakfast was very tasty and prepared with a lot of love. The host, Alexandra, was super nice and looked after us very well. Nice extra: the property includes a small pizzeria with beer garden where we ate almost every night. We will be happy to come back!
