Giancarlo and Emilio succeed in their ambition to make you feel welcome and part of the family in their bed and breakfast! The house is designed with a lot of eye for detail. Everywhere you look there’s something new to discover. The apartment is private located in a beautiful garden full of flowers and with a fantastic view. Giancarlo is also a fantastic cook. The breakfast was different every morning and we were eager to wake up to see his presentation. We also had dinner and it was a true culinary experience. Our two dogs were also very welcome! We missed them and their dreamhouse from the moment we left. One of our best Air bnb experiences!

If you are looking for quiet, being outside the city and close to nature, beautiful and simple accommodation in the old house with the history and as a bonus friendly neighbours, this place is for you. 20-30 minutes from one of the most beautiful and stunning beaches in Sardinia. <3

I had the best time staying here! Absolutely 10/10. Very clean, very comfortable bed, very spacious room and bathroom, and the private patio/balcony was gorgeous for looking out at the views. Although it can get a little loud at night, I recommend closing the windows and turning on the AC to cancel out the noise. Otherwise it was very nice and the elevator was very helpful when having a large luggage. Additionally, there’s so many places to see because all the shops and restaurants are very close to the boutique hotel.

A very comfortable bedroom and spotless private bathroom made this the perfect place for an overnight stay after our arrival in Olbia, before our onward journey in Sardinia. We didn't meet Piero but he was very responsive to our messages and provided everything we needed to know for an easy arrival. We were able to walk in and out of Olbia to find places to eat and it was easy to park our hire car right outside the apartment. And it was a bonus to have a typical Italian breakfast provided in the morning prior to our departure. Grazie Piero!

Very nice, peaceful, quiet and warm apartment! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, you quickly feel at home! The neighborhood is quiet, far from tourist areas which are however accessible on foot or by transport. Breakfast is friendly and offers choices for everyone. We had a great time at Beta's, who was very welcoming and available!
