Die Legende sagt, dass hier der Kommandeur von Emporio seinen Wohnsitz hatte und dass es daher Geheimgänge zum Goulas Turm und zur befestigen Wohnung Kastelli gibt. Das Haus wurde behutsam renoviert und die alte Struktur beibehalten und moderner Komfort addiert. Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil.
