Vacation rentals with beach access in Emmet County

Excellent!!! Stayed with my wife and 5-month old son for a quick getaway. Couldn’t have found a better place. Location was perfect, home was spotless. Nothing but great things to say about this place.

We enjoyed our stay at the boathouse. It is our third visit and it never disappoints. The boathouse was clean and cozy. Pam and Dave are lovely hosts.

We enjoyed our stay. This room was perfect for a few night stay, had basic kitchen amenities, Roku worked well, couch and lighting gave it cozy feel. Room was very clean, good use of small space. Great location. Communicative hosts. We would stay again.

Everything was absolutely amazing. They were flexible, accommodating, and understanding. The place is absolutely beautiful, just don’t forget to pack a sweatshirt as it gets a bit chillier than we expected at night. Great place to stay and hoping to go back soon!

The place is very cosy. The king size bed is super comfortable and the couch is comfortable as well. The kitchen is well stocked and Todd even left couple bottles of wine for us. A very pleasant stay overall.

Easy to find. Place was clean and Madison responded quickly to questions. Will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.

Loved it. Peaceful; on marina - watching boats come and go with lots of things to do within a short walk.

Me and my siblings stayed her for my sisters wedding. The host was super responsive when we had questions during our stay. The place was clean and a good deal compared to the hotels in the area. I feel like it had good amenities. It is walking distance to the Earl and so close to castle farms. It was very clean and cozy. We loved sitting in the bay windows. It was perfect for our stay and if we’re back in the area again I would stay here again.

We would highly recommend this beautiful condo. Every detail was wonderfully done. You felt at home as soon as you walked in. Yvonne was so great at responding so quickly to any questions we asked. This is definitely a place to return and to recommend to others. They are so accomodating.

The cabin was cozy and had great views. Parking is a bit limited if you have more than one vehicle but we made it work. Robert was great at responding to all my questions. There was also plenty of staples like salt, pepper, toilet paper, paper towel etc. I would definitely rent this place again.

Great place to stay, especially if you’re looking for a pet friendly location. Close to downtown with lots of restaurants and shops. Felt very comfortable here. Would definitely stay again.

We rented two units for our families during our wedding weekend. The rooftop was excellent for photos. The units are in a great location and makes it fun and easy to walk into town.

I cannot say enough about how awesome Cynthia made our trip one of our best stays up north. The bungalow was very clean, private and so peaceful. It was so nice, we didn’t want to leave! The kitchen is well equipped, many extra supplies which made it feel like home. A wonderful place to get away and relax, yet close to the water and downtown. Highly recommend this little gem, we can’t wait to return!

Beautiful home in a great location. Extremely clean with spacious gathering space on the main level. All bedrooms are on the second floor and were clean with beautiful views and comfortable beds. Loved the front porch with lots of chairs and great walkability. Three full ballrooms that are beautiful and clean. Owner was helpful and responsive, checked in to be sure we had everything we needed. This home was perfect for our ladies weekend getaway. Back patio looks so inviting for warmer months. Walk right to the water for rock hunting. Highly recommend.

The location was perfect for our needs. Love the backyard felt like you were in the middle of the woods.

Our family of five spent a long weekend in order to ski and relax while our kids were on a break. Dan’s place fit the bill perfectly. Our kids had ample space and we immediately felt cozy and like we could relax. The condo was very clean which helped us feel like we could settle in straight away.

We really enjoyed our stay - very clean and well equipped. The ambiance was like your favorite grandmother's place - very cozy and comfortable. The gas fireplace was perfect for the chillier mornings/evenings and added to the cozy atmosphere. It's a great location right next to Petoskey State Park. You can walk into the park and it's a short walk to the beach and other trails. It's also a great half-way point between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Great condo - even brighter, cheerier, and roomier than pictured! Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, lots of linens and beach towels, games, well stocked kitchen.... and the view of the lake is fantastic! There were no neighbors when we were there so it was very quiet. Just minutes to Nub's Nob and the Highlands. Lots of choices for restaurants near by and good grocery store nearby. Host was ultra available and accommodating with lots of instructional / helpful signage throughout the condo, lots of extras!!! Thanks for a great stay! Looking forward to going back!!

We are repeat guests to Lakeside Lookout and truly love the convenience of this location. Mary and Sid were so helpful when our travel plans changed by a day and their response time was immediate. We enjoyed everything winter has to offer up north this weekend!

Laurie was fantastic to work with. Immediate responses to inquiries and a genuine dedication to providing a great experience. We had a minor hiccup at the begining, but she graciously corrected it immediatly. The one consideration for future travelers is the main floor bedroom. It states 2 beds, but it is in fact 2 twin matresses in a trundle/daybed. Although comfortable, be aware that the induividual in the bed, will have to step on or over the individual sleeping on the matress close to the floor. In addition, with the trundle fully extended, the door will not close, so there will be no privacy. Aside from that, it is well maintained and appointed. Given the restrictions and limitations that arise when renovating a building more than 100 years old, they have provied a wonderful and cozy space. We woudl defiently book with Laurie again.

Abby's place was BEAUTIFUL and exceeded our expectations. It was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. HIGHLY recommend, will stay again!
