Our apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with the most important comforts. Good heating, cooking facilities including pots, pans, oven/microwave and crockery and a refrigerator. TV, WiFi, private shower and toilet (small bathroom), 2 separate bedrooms upstairs with 1 single and 1 double bed. Cot and toys are also provided. Idyllically located apartment in the countryside. Great starting point for various cycling tours around the Lower Rhine. Beautiful old mansion's house from 1870 was lovingly restored and modernized where needed. The apartment is on the ground floor. In the summer you can enjoy the peace and atmosphere in the outdoor area. In the immediate vicinity is the nuclear water wonderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, Römerstadt Xanten and Anholt Castle.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.
